I absolutely love Mike. What a fantastic addition. Landen is great because he's basically a computer, and Christian never stops being a piece of shit. What a trio.
Odd question… When you put the body back on, how many Ft Lbs of Torque do you tighten the body bolts too?? Just put my rock sliders on my gladiator. But don’t know what to torque those bolts too???
What has been your experience so far with these MP3022 full-time transfer cases? I have a 2023 JT Rubicon with that full-time transfer case in it. I am hoping it will hold up long-term to 37-inch tires and the slick rock of Moab.
I genuinely have a question regarding the difference between the 392 vs 426 options from AMW4x4. I plan on towing with my Gladiator Rubicon in the future. Originally I was thinking of going with the 392 but how would it be more beneficial for me to go with a 426? or opposite is 392 enough for overlanding and towing? Is there any particular reason to go with one over the other? I know the 426 is an older engine? Please correct me if I am wrong on that. I also want the engine to last a long time. Like over 10 years long long as it can go. (Begin the roasting or informative comments)
So what happens to the old motor and trans? Can the owner sell it to recoup some cash. And can the 426 swap be done on a two door? Like always, Great video. Safe Safe my Canadian Brothers,
It probably could be done. We can do it to a 2 door JL. We don't work on JKs, so we don't have any further details. Contact AMW4x4 to inquire. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
I want this for my JLUR so bad, but I was wondering if the factory axles can really handle that 426? I was planning on just doing the 392 swap because I don't wanna spend another $20K on axles 😢. Thoughts? 🤷🏿♂️
For the 392 and 426 you should do some axle upgrades or replacements ;-) In this case, we upgraded the rear axle shafts, brakes, and re-geared to 4.88. For other clients we've replaced with a the 60/80 axles complete. Depends on what you intend to do with the Jeep. You are welcome to give us a call to discuss. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
@@EPIC-4WD Thank you! It's my daily driver, and I mostly overland and hit the desert for mild trails, zero rock crawling. I've done 4.88s, ARB diff covers, and was planning on some Yukon chromaly axle shafts in the rear. 🤔

I am still waiting for my quote. 😊
what's a rough budget estimate for the 426 conversion?
Rough estimate engine conversion information is on our website epic-4wd.com under "engines". Prices in Canadian Dollars ;-)
Oh my. Bored stroked and filled.... Thats how 426 wranglers are made!!!
That's how they are born sir! Cheers Teddy!

Awesome build! Is any of the AMW hemi conversion available on a 21 JT diesel?
Unfortunately no, there is no kit to swap the EcoDiesel. Cheers from the team at EPIC!

We would looooove to do a 2 Door conversion! The old engine/trans is sold off pretty quick. Cheers from the team at EPIC!

What was the highway mileage on that thing and what gears were in it?
Very close to stock mileage figures while on the highway. Off road is another story ;-)
I wish somebody would make an auxiliary fuel tank for the 392, because your right the off-road economy is terrible
You should strap on one of your GoPro’s to the back to really capture the exhaust experience.
We wouldn't want people to soil themselves on their couch lol. Thanks Peter!

Swap out to put in 392?
I’m curious
What rock sliders / side steps are on that beast?
The rock sliders are the EVO MFG Bomber Rockers with steps.
