      Without the flybridge (to reduce drag), it will do over 50 kts with the 440´s.
      In the 32 they should deliver with 480´s and sterndrives aswell?
      The lighter boat will be more gentle to the drives than the 37 and bigger...

    A very well designed adventure yacht. I imagine it is a great platform for the family and fun to operate! I also understand it is very economical relative to other vessels in this class.

    Very good walk thru. Pretty thorough and great boat for those nasty cold North East days of boating seeing you drive past the Portland Head Light in Maine.

      Is there a lot of bending and twisting to get in these cabins? Not that I'm in any position to buy but if I did these are winning me over. @EastCoastYachtSales

    Excited to see this! Would love to see a video or get your thoughts how this will be in Chesapeake Bay chop vs the Axopar 28/37. I know the center of gravity is a bit higher. Btw why the D6s over the D4 option, just pure HP?

    • @EastCoastYachtSales
      @EastCoastYachtSales  8 месяцев назад +2

      Thanks for watching and the video suggestions! The D4 and D6 engines are great choices for the 32. We chose the D6 because we wanted to build a boat in the higher HP range to get a high all day cruise speed of roughly 36 knots.

  • @BrindiSea

    now that they offer the 32 with outboards, how does that change the boat? Does the engine room just turn into massive storage? Would be cool to maybe expand the fuel/water tanks for extended range and off grid use.

    @henriknordlof9587 7 месяцев назад +2

    What’s the fuel consumption when you run at 36 knots? How many litres per hour?

    If you eliminate the aft door does that change the interior layout? Sonhou get a U shaped setee aft or is the aft cabin still accessed the same way?

    • @EastCoastYachtSales
      @EastCoastYachtSales  6 месяцев назад

      Hi Allan, you do access the aft cabin the same way so no extended settee there. You gain some extra storage in a shelf above and behind the settee.

    Is there an option not to have an aft bulkhead door?

    • @EastCoastYachtSales
      @EastCoastYachtSales  6 месяцев назад

      Yes there is, you can have it so you just enter the pilothouse from the 2 side doors. The Targas are semi-custom so there are a number of different ways to make the boat fit your mission on the water. Thank you for your question, keep them coming!

    what a great all weather family boat built in to a well designed and solid hull. The scandis know how to build rock solid.
    Whats the range at economy cruise ? with a 10% margin.

      How good are the bow lights without the roof mounted light bar ?

    • @EastCoastYachtSales
      @EastCoastYachtSales  7 месяцев назад +1

      27 knots you’re getting 1.6nm/gal fuel economy which gives you just over a 300nm range with a 10% reserve with the standard fuel tank size. You maintain a 1.5 nm/gal fuel economy up to 34 knots.

    • @EastCoastYachtSales
      @EastCoastYachtSales  7 месяцев назад +1

      The roof lights are long range lights, good for underway at speed. The hull lights are good for close-quarters like navigating a mooring field, docking, anchoring, etc.

    • @celticbedou
      @celticbedou 7 месяцев назад

      There u go.. always learning. Thank for that. I had thought the roof lights my illuminate the boat deck and impede night vision. @@EastCoastYachtSales

      That range at tover 30kts is very impressive. You mention standard fuel tank is a larger tank an option from the builder ? Ive not seen Targa with a Gyro stabilizer any thoughts on this ?
