      🤔 300 k for the boat. Maybe 200 k for the refitting or renewal of some things..
      Drive it to a land and harbor where the cost is low.... work in home office... so a seaside apartment for maybe less cost than an actual apartment in a 5 -10 year period due to taxation, and you can take it with you...

    I wouldn't touch it with somebody else's 10 foot pole. Drettmann yachts were never known to be very high quality units. I believe they went bankrupt about 14 years ago due to the high costs associated with all the used boats they took back as trade-ins on bigger boats. If anyone wants to buy it, make sure you get a reputable, independent, professional surveyor to check it out. That boat is going to cost you way more than 315K.

    American money it’s over four hundred grand, considering how long this boats been sitting , that alone can cost a lot to get it up and running, it looks like it’s been well taken care of but there could be a pitfall somewhere!

  • @Mc674bo
    @Mc674bo 11 дней назад +1

    Totally insane for the money, I’ve worked on kitchens that cost half what the asking price of this , and trust me not as well built . Obviously it’s not just the purchase price that is required , but blimey it does make you think . And when you consider what that money gets in the housing market , which could be three times the age and needs a fortune spending on it . Ok I’m being daft and probably even more than a bit stupid . but if only if only, I’d be over it like a rash . 😂
