What really needs to be done is getting rid of batteries. Nikola Tesla who was born close to Mate's birth place, had long done away with batteries, he used long distance wireless energy transmission. How he made it work...those who know are not telling. Even Tesla TSLA, a trillion dollar company, is not investing a single R&D dollar to figure it out. A friend of mine suspects that there is a spiritual aspect to the technology and I could see that. But if one person figures it out, they may unlock it for everyone in one quick thought. Our thoughts are creative power. Science cannot deny it anymore, but it can try to slow down our awareness of the importance...

Rimac technical chief recently said Future Rimac cars will be capable of accelerating from 0-62mph (0-100 kmh) in under 1 second 🥶
It can now, but you got to put drag slicks on the car. No commercial tire today, designed for the street, can provide that level of traction unfortunately.
He said it will be possible, but not next car from Rimac. I think for so what car must be striped off and useless on everyday use, like F1 car. I think they do not know now how it will be exacly, they have too many projects now: new hybrid Bugatti, Rimac campus is not yet finished, its a realy big project, they work for other companies component, batteries production line what doing right now and Robotaxi project in Zagreb. Beside that Grayp bikes is sister firm from Rimac who makes one of the best electric bikes (if not best). @@Sophie-and-Ken Some thrusters like Tesla has been threatening to use would do the trick. Could store superheated water and vent out the back. Water rocket...car. Does it only once, needs water refil. With cold air, it can be refilled, at lower efficiency I guess.
Another way is to add active suction under the car to create downforce at standstill, like the McMurtry Speirling does. 1.5 to 100, conservatively. Super light and nearly all the downforce AND torque at 0 kph.
I saw a video someone smashed into the back of one of the cars! How much damage was that, like $250,000?
Probably at least $100k minimum, whole rear is carbon fiber and the paint doesn’t look cheap sooo yeah 😂

while I follow Rimac I also follow climate town and many other climate and environment oriented channels and it comes to me of the world is really that different when you are rich af... And I'd say no and at the same time I see that it is absolutely 100% different but HOW? !
