@@gnr1090 the audio is loud and of excellent quality. They did a good job with the speaker setup. Video quality is excellent and great viewing angles. You should look up the specifications online.
From experience, would say that if you like watching videos through the speakers, it is loud enough. Since there are double speakers, one at the bottom and one on top. There is also a special feature called "Dolby Vision® HDR Imaging Technology" for Netflix, so, yeah, you should be able to enjoy Netflix with HDR :)

Got the phone a couple months back and one gripe I have is, WhatsApp status horribly pixelates my photos and vids however when I upload from a pixel, it doesn't do that. Contacted OP support and they asked me to clear cache and also reset the phone...both didn't fix the issue. They simply took it as feedback. Anyone facing this?
Hey there, this is an interesting case, since I didn't come across this issue wanted to ask you: the photos/videos you uploaded on your WhatsApp stores were taken through an app or through the phone camera and uploaded to stories?
@@oneplusfan5270 Through the phone of course. There are now third party apps trying to sort out this issue so I'm guessing this is wide spread enough and many articles on the issue of WhatsApp status. I can only compare it to pixel phones that don't have this compression issue.
Someone knows what the storage is increasing like crazy? I have used the phone just for the past 4 days and the storage decrease like 1.2 GB per day with no new stuff installed.. I'm about to returned
Hello FerBlogs87, This usually happens when you use Instagram, RUclips, email apps and etc, they take up some storage by storing account info and some backups. Maybe clearing the cache of these apps will help?
@@jejunamja Not a silly question by all means. You may upgrade your current phone to this OP11 using the same phone number. If you don't have a current account with the network offering activation, then you have to sign up for one account. I have a T-Mobile account and the activation was very smooth. Hope this helps.
OP6T is still my daily driver however it is getting old, also without any security patch and OS update which makes me want to change my phone, but yet to see a perfect phone for me. The OP11 is pretty good but the durability test is telling me to hold back for the next OP12. As a separate note. I guess you live in SZ so next time when you come to HK please let me know in advance so we can have a good chat over a coffee or dim sum.
The durability of OnePlus 11 was also one of my main concerns before, but now after using the phone for a while, I only remember about failed durability test when it gets recommended on RUclips :) Sure thing, love the city, the food. Even made a short travel vlog about Hong-Kong.
It's a good phone but far from revolutionary, or the best. The price is just about the same as every other Snapdragon 8 gen 2 phone. Screen is exactly the same (a bit worse in some cases), connectivity is sub-par (no IR and kinda meh wifi and antennas). No wireless charge. Cameras are ok, not the best even in the same price range. They ruined the OS, now it's just the generic chinese phone android close (thanks Oppo). Battery is above average for the price, which is more important than having the very best camera imo. Charging is still the best in business, which is why still went with OP despite liking the Xiaomi 13 and S23 more. I've had OP phones since the 5T and it's nowhere near as good value for your money as that or the 7T were (which was the last true flagship killer OP made and still have it as my backup phone). The price for a OP now is exactly the same every other android (non-pro) flagship model and all of them have exactly the same specs and features...nothing special.
Thank you for taking the time to write your opinion about this smartphone. Since this has been my daily used phone for some time now, I find most of the things you wrote are subjective, and I respect that. Among all the claims, I'd agree only with the statement that there is no wireless charging (but how much do you need it if you can charge from 1% to 70% in just 15 mins). And not so much with the other sentiments.
S23+ is $999......for the base model. Compared to $699 for OnePlus base model. S23+ is not $300 better than the OnePlus 11. Pixel 7 pro can be had for $599 on sale. OnePlus still holds better marks ie (processor, charging, battery life etc..) Those 2 flagships are the target the OnePlus was aiming for. Knocked it out of the park if you really do your homework!
@@carlbrenda6518 I've never seen the OP 11 sold at MSRP outside of the US. For instance in the EU the S23 is sold at pretty much the same price as the 11.
It still is a top tier flagship for the price that is being sold. Have looked at the price of 5T when it was launched back in 2017 - it was $559. If you calculate inflation on $559 from 2017 to 2023, it will be $687. Not even counting all the top specs, hardware, increased cost of materials, labor etc, the OnePlus 5T 128GB version would have costed $687 today. So I do believe OnePlus is releasing products that have the best value for money.
The app and OS resource management should be very good, so would recommend to take a look at the hardware part: use original charging power adapter and cables, keep away from sun, maybe take out the case if you are a heavy gamer or like filming 4k 60fps videos. Hope this helps.
Do not buy - too many issues One of the worst phones ever. Bluetooth will not sync to the car audio and so one can't do voice calls in the car, through the car speaker system. WhatsApp calls on the phone are erratic. Sometimes one is able to make calls but more often than not, one can't make or receive WhatsApp calls. There is flickering of the screen. Selfie photo quality is very poor. Disappointing over all. And the "Experience" store staff at Phoenix at Lower Parel had the audacity to say all these issues are known issues. Definitely an experience :(. No solution but to change to another brand unfortunately. Looks like One Plus ended being a good phone after 9Pro.
Sorry to hear that you have experienced these issues. Right now received an update, where it says that android auto and some connectivity issues were fixed. Hopefully the issues you've mentioned will be solved with this update
I believe you have an experience you would like to share with us regarding the battery running out of juice too soon? my OP11 still running well even after several months of usage, and I'm confident it will be like that for a while 👍

It's a great phone indeed 👍 Only thing is for a first time user coming to OxygenOS it is a bit tricky but slowly learning
I think OxygenOS is the OS that needs the least time to get used to, since there are no extra apps at all. And it's fast :)
