Charles, does this explain the cryptic comment in one of your most recent videos about the Miller chest protector having been adjusted for someone, but you weren't sure who? 😂
Great setup, Bonesy! Love how you mix in stand up style when you play in the vintage gear. Your athleticism would’ve served you well in the 80’s and I could easily see you with your height and skating ability be a star back in the day. Gold lid against the green pads truly made me think of the old North Stars and what a great place to explore in “The Cave”. The stories that room must contain from all the gear throughout the years!!!
What a great video!! I love when Charles says about Cooper gloves being “too new”. Hahaha. Almost 40 year old gloves, not even broken in!! What a great collection.
Wow what an amazing video, I love seeing more of the Cooper collection. It's a museum of Cooper gear. So impressed, so jealous. Great video, thanks for sharing. Cheers.
@@BonesyTV I used to play hockey on outdoor rinks where I live for years. The ice is like brittle but fast. Super nice but however I never skated on a pond that froze I been to Canada for tournaments but never took the skate on the ponds. I still want to do that. I own a lot of equipment not as much as him but I have a lot
Question from an older vid but what are those blue striped things on the chest protector also any tips on how to make your chesty more mobile because mine has not a ton of head mobility which is not very helpful
I might be a bit biased, but in my opinion this is the greatest video on RUclips!
I second that, the fact you are holding a beer while "shopping" is epic. Cheers!

I might also be biased but considering the view count is 50% me I’d also say it’s the best video on RUclips. Let’s get you to 1K subs!!!

@@williamhanifan9530 😂 It surely does!
So fun. Takes me back to the gear of my youth, and the evolution the game has gone through since those days.
The game has definitely come a long way. It’s cool to go back in time and experience the difference first hand

Yeah that blew my mind too. Plenty of awesome NOS gear in there to drool over

Yeah I’ve seen most of it from his videos but it was pretty crazy to see it all in person
Great job brother! Put this video on HBO
Haha thanks dude!! Lets make this Breck trip HBO worthy
Thats my era, thanks for the video!
Love this! 🙌🏻
I wished I was there to hang out w/ you guys. Legendary!
Old gear has it's own personality and completely changes the way we play
I absolutely agree
NICE!!!
Very cool video!!
Thanks!
Great stuff, great production as always!
Love the Green Pads , I would wear that chesty today .It's solid like my 90,s one .
Right! That chest was great
I had both Cooper and Bauer Reactor 5’s
Bonsey #1 Minnesota North Stars 1983-1986
The John Brown stuff, always if not quality...and cooper stood for a long time..
That is totally awesome. I need to be playing more but in pgh not to many outdoor rinks.
Yeah it was cool to be able to skate outside like that. Still a pretty new experience for me

So weird seeing a goalie in 80s gear with actual skating skills haha!
Haha definitely a big difference between 80s skating skills and modern skating.

Hey! Those are actually for my suspenders. It keeps them in place so they’re not shifting around everywhere
What does a guy do with all that vintage gear?! A kind of museum? Can I buy a pair of old pads?
Hahaha he plays in it all!! Kinda cool to see all the different types of setups he comes up with
