    12- 15 Lesun
    2 Inch Ginger
    500gms Palak
    25 Gms Coriander Leaves
    3 Green Chillies
    Oil For Grinding
    4 Onions
    1 Tomato
    1/4 Cup Mustard Oil For Cooking
    1.5 tsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Kitchen King
    1 tsp Garam Masala
    1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi
    Add HOT WATER ONLY
    FOR FRYING NUTRI
    Oil For Cooking
    1/2 tsp Haldi
    1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
    WHOLE SPICES:
    3 Dried Chillies
    1 Cinnamon Stick
    1 Badi Elachi
    2 Bay Leaf
    1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    5 Elachi
    1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns
    4 Laung
