With a c section there are a lot of people in that room, I feel like this horrible woman gets these babies alone and does it. Congratulations on the new baby 🍼 🎉
This why I'd rather midwives and a doula I did that with my daughter and had a much better experience cause the doctor was an asshole and told me to shut up cause I was screaming in pain I had no medication for the pain it's a shame medical apartheid still exists a lot of doctors ignore black women pain cause throughout history we were considered ⅗ human and they claimed we cannot experience pain which is sickening and that type of disgusting mindset is still alive and well in the medical field.
My twin babies were born at 27 weeks and weighed only 2 lbs each. They were in the NICU for 3 months. The NICU nurses that took care of them were such angels. This is horrifying.
Not to mention the power dynamic she’s exploiting that this line perfectly demonstrates. Even if the parents really didn’t want to, they have to trust her. She’s the nurse, the one who has the power and ability to keep their child safe from any harm. Even if the parents suspected something was off, they had no choice but to leave their children in her care. And she knew it. She knew how much faith people put in her and she abused it. Vile behavior.
You had better intuition than I did, and you were straight on; that’s what the Judge told her - that she was a serial killer who decided to become a nurse. On the other hand, I could not fathom that a human being could possibly do this, that there had to be a mistake. I gave her every possible benefit of the doubt. I studied the case because it fascinated me how a young lady with an impeccable background could just snap and do all of these horrific things to life’s most precious of all gifts: a baby.
My daughter was in the NICU fighting for her life for two months…I am absolutely horrified. Sending all my love to the families. RIP Sweet innocent angels you deserved only love and nurturing.
OMG. As a mama, a NICU nurse, and just a HUMAN BEING, I cannot even remotely wrap my head around the fact that this could even possibly happen. It’s infuriating and heartbreaking. These poor families. 😭
As a NICU mommy ofa child that weighed less than a pound at birth, I literally left my heart and soul in that incubator and that hospital after visiting hours. I cannot imagine finding this out!!! My heart weighs heavily for the families and I hope there is a special place in hell for this lady!!
@69sheia This is a typical case of Munchausen by proxy. The last case, many years ago, also involved a nurse. She is in a top security mental health prison, because she will never be deemed fit for release. This case is causing horror throughout Europe. I don't think any sane person could understand these horrors. New babies, especially in NICU, are at their most vulnerable. As we give birth, and are handed our precious babies, we experience an almost immediate mama bear desire to protect them. When they are in the NICU, that increases significantly. We will do absolutely anything to help them. The nurses become our dear friends.
It's awful...the multiple attempts on one child. Trying to kill twins!! A mum walking in on her. It's a total horror. Who would look at that young woman's face and think serial killer? Awful. To be at the most vulnerable and in this person's hands is heartbreaking
Hi Ana, My wife's cousin went missing under suspicious circumstances and I was hoping to bring coverage to it. Her name is Yolan Miller, she's a vulnerable adult. and she's been missing since 6/19. We just want to know what happened and hope someone saw something.
Omg the nurse story is my worst nightmare. When my son was in the NICU I wouldn’t leave, they had a “no sleeping in the unit” so I had to switch out every few days with my husband so I could sleep a few hours because I wouldn’t leave him alone. While there were some great nurses, there were just as many if not more that were totally indifferent and desensitized and I would never leave my child unattended.
Back in my day no one was admitted in the nursery,,,they brought the babies to you for limited times…I was Lucky,,, my husbands Aunt Lillian was a longtime nurse there…
I’ve never understood why the mother isn’t allowed to stay in the NICU. Breast milk is the very best for babies and having the mother leave makes zero sense. Hopefully this changes soon
I had one nurse who was being too rough for my liking to my baby when she was trying to draw blood. I had to yell at her because of the way she was pulling her leg to get blood from her foot. You would assume they’ll be gentle to your just born baby. Some are just evil
this is just SO upsetting because these premature babies fought so hard to make and survived and had a chance and she takes it away from them !!!! ugh this is just so sad
I can't even imagine the horror those poor parents are going through. Natural death is painful enough but to be killed by someone they were sure would look after these babies? I don't even have enough words to properly express my emotion to this.
Ireh 12. Very sad and depressing. And much worse. Rest In Peace Little Angels. My Heart and prayers go out to Family and Friends of these innocent Children. May God be with and comfort The Families and Friends. Amen and God Bless.
Have you heard of Beverley Allitt? She was also from England. She killed 4 babies & attacked 9 others in 59 days back in the 90's. She even rode in the ambulance with a child she attacked when they needed to transfer them to a bigger hospital. The parents were impressed by how much she 'cared'.
I’m a Neonatal ICU nurse and can’t imagine anyone could do this. Usually we don’t lose babies often. To lose so many is unusual, and they were really sick to begin with . I didn’t understand how they would missed it.
@@marygoff3332 In one report, it noted these events occurred between March 2015-July 2015. This was considered too many deaths in a short period of time and suspicious.
Oh they knew stuff was happening but she was a 'star' nurse. Furthermore, she looked like the 'perfect middle class English daughter'. I don't know if you know our culture but here if you have a posh(well spoken accent, higher class)exterior, you are treated differently. The city is quite a poorer city then London, so she 'stood out' as 'a lady' 'respectable' 'has a degree/educated'...do you follow? This means that even though other nurses flagged her, it was ignored by the Doctors and higher ups. The nurses didn't like her and smelt a rat but the higher ups were enamoured. This is a big issue in England. Class is a BIG issue. (ppl will deny it though). But yeah, they knew....nurses had a nickname for her I think too. Smdh.
I am a nurse and this is a gut punch to most of us. It’s vile and wicked and my heart goes out to these families. I’m glad I can’t begin to understand this witch.
This is such a terrible happening I can relate to the fact that you are a nurse and this is likely to tint your professional image but I don't want you to feel too bad about yourself in this situation because we all know that there are bad eggs everywhere... I hope you are doing good my dear
When my daughter was in the NICU, I had to stop a nurse from working with my daughter. She was changing her tubes without gloves and running her hands through her hair.
So glad you were able to observe…changing nurseries from private rooms to all windows so parents can do so was a good move. I’m heartbroken for people who need to rest and recover while others are in charge of children’s care.
@@sdbh1239 I was wondering the same thing! That’s so dangerous. I knew a CNA who was abusive to patients. I hope they fired her, too! I’m in the patient advocacy field, so I’ve heard of a lot of unethical people and practices that should not exist. 😢
We had a similar nurse killing dozens babies in Toronto Canada in 80’s at Hospital for Sick Children and she was charged and later exonerated. There was originally talk of the intern giving improper dosages of cardiac medicine. I was a nurse in Toronto at that time. You might want to look it up. It is a very interesting case. Really enjoy your show, from Nova Scotia Canada
I am sending loving and healing light out to all the families and the victims involved in this case. 🕊️ Thank you so much Anna for talking about this, and shining light on this absolutely tragedy. These are some of the most horrific acts I’ve ever heard in my life.
There was another woman in the UK called Beverley Allitt. She killed 4 and attempted to kill 3. She was also charged with GBH to a further 6. These women are sick in the head.💔
These babies will never get the chance to grow and play and all the things this women got to do. I think this woman is hateful, weak and I hope that she's not protected in prison. Prayers to the families, parents, and these beautiful innocent lives.
Well, they don't give all the details here. She then was the one, even if not assigned to, coming in after death and memorializing the babies for the families, taking handprints and footprints, washing them, clothing them. She even came in before one aby officially was declared dead and was being held by the parents, and asked if they wanted to out the baby in the box (where it would go after deceased). Though she wasn't supposed to be the nurse caring for them at this point.... So she also got some pleasure out of being the hero in the end, the helper who carried the baby into the next steps for these grieving parents. She also then often stalked the families on social media when they went home with their surviving child, if they had one. Many were twins because that's the nature of the neonatal unit. So. So. So. Sick.
I think this was the hardest episode of this for me to watch yet to date. My sister worked in the NICU and it was too hard for her emotionally, it’s such a difficult situation already for families and care partners alike- this is an unfathomable layer of tragedy and evil. On top of this I am a twin myself. Innocent newborn vulnerable babies… and their poor parents. 💔
Isso è uma situaçao que n passa na cabeça de nos maes..isso n è normal..n consigo intended isso matar bebes isso n cabe na cabeça de ninguem ela merece a morte..matar babies? O que è isso..Manchest Hospital there are the most horrible places to have you babies... this is the 3rd serial killer.. Manchest Hospitas there are the most horrible Hospital in England..
@@Rainbowtwst1 What? Just talking about the sadness of the NICU murders and how it’s a hard situation for everyone involved even without super tragic murder making it harder for the families and workers excluding the murder. Pretty sure the Nurse involved isn’t being framed their is some additional evidence if you research the case…
As a nurse, this is so heartbreaking and disturbing. Crimes against children are the most horrific. I can’t grasp any of this. I have patients during my career that became a big part of my heart. Although I may never see that patient again once they have been discharged. Great guest, Dr Davies would be very interesting to have a conversation with. 😢🙏 my deepest condolences to the families of the deceased. Ana BTW GMA had a NICU nurse on a few days ago, who was asked by the parents to be godmother.
She was a wolf in nurse clothing, she was not a nurse. Nurses are superheros in my opinion. I spent a month in hospital this year and I am so grateful for all those incredibly hard working nurses. I don't know how they do what they do.
As infermeras algumas sao Tao frias..aqui na Englaterra.. Parents are the most vulnerable when a baby is born premature and parents can't be there 24/7 to nurture them. Parents rely on love and care of NICU staff
As a former nurse, I can’t wrap my head around this type of crime either, I’m currently pregnant, a first time mom at 40+ and a lot of women spend their heart and soul and savings trying to conceive then to hear this crime will probably make some of us paranoid I pray for all those babies and their parents this is devastating 🥺 🙏🏼
As a former NICU baby myself this made me sick and gave me the most disturbing chills I have ever felt🥺 praying for these babies souls and their families. no one deserves this. She will truly burn in hell.
This isn't the first time this has happened in the uk. Beverly allit was a nurse at Grantham childrens hospital in the early 90's. She killed 4 children n tried to kill many more. I thought we had things in place here in the uk so this could never happen again. When my son was in the neonatal for 3 months in 98 everything was done in 2's. Medicines, feeds etc always needed 2 members of staff to sign it off. Every time my child was picked up it had to be written on his sheet
These poor mothers and fathers. I just can't imagine how they are feeling!! This is the world we live in and at this point, you can't trust anyone!! So so sad💔
Think about the person you love more than life itself, then imagine a person taking them and violently destroying them. If you can't imagine wanting that person to pay with their life, then your against it. If you believe they deserve to pay with their life for slaughtering your loved one, you are for it.
I just hit 32 weeks pregnant with my first child. It has been so hard for me to get pregnant let alone a healthy one. I'm not even a mother yet, but hearing that someone on this planet -allegedly- is capable of bringing this much horror into the world. It makes me sick to think that this could happen.
It was so hard to get through this podcast, my heart is so broken! My son spent 4 months in the NICU & to imagine someone hurting a baby who already fighting for their life is the worst. I hope she gets the maximum sentence!
She REALLY needs to suffer. Those sweet little innocent babies were unfortunately within the hands of an extremely diabolical individual!! It’s very hard for me to even try to comprehend this!! 😢😢😢😢💔💔💔💔💔
Oh my God. This is SO hurtful to hear! A nurse?! I'll keep remembering that she doesn't paint the picture for the great Healthcare nurses we have. RIP to the parents and babies. My heart breaks for them.
@@cocoaorange1 I don't go in anyone's house anymore. I finally pressed charges on a guy that drugged me, SA, and filmed it. ...sent it to my ex. So it was a planned attack.. He said he didn't know me. This is a 70 year old man. .....text messages prove otherwise. Maybe he will enjoy some prison time in the end of his life. Idk.
Thank you for bringing up Samuel Little. Those murders were a tragedy, and a travesty. Someone should have cared about those women and girls, and caught him long before he killed so many. I believe they could have.
My little girl was 2 months early and graduated a month after being in nicu. I had very little bonding time cause she was an hr away at the hospital and no parent and baby room. Only have one vehicle and her dad works 12 hrs 6days a week. I called in every hr and the nurses were absolutely informative and very comforting and sweet with her. I can’t imagine a nurse hurting her cause I’d probably be in prison myself lol the fact babies are already vulnerable let alone a premie who has to fight harder to be strong to survive on their own outside of the mother is just completely heartbreaking knowing someone could be this cruel. 7babies is inexcusable 1 baby is inexcusable. Nobody noticed or suspected anything with co workers, working with that woman to catch on and prevent so many lives taken? Like this is a level of sanity that shouldn’t be allowed to be in a prison cell wasting tax money and having no remorse and saying she purposely did it. Like that woman belongs to the devil.
That will never happen there are always staffing problems but to pay for extra help will never happen! It’s a great idea and I agree but will never happen
That's a great ideal !!! You know that won't happen. It should be done tho. As you know more than likely they were sued. They loose more money being sued ,than paying for an extra nurse . It's so sad, that a new mother would have to worry if her baby is ok. As these babies suppose to be taken care of. So heartbreaking 💔 😢
Yes I am a mom of twins and typically in a high amount of twin gestation you will deliver earlier babies come prematurely so she may have targeted twins on purpose because they usually have a higher occurrence of having some issues if they were born early which is not uncommon for twins to be born early prior to the actual delivery date. I was fortunate to have carried mine for a full 37 weeks and they had no issues. This just breaks my heart this woman is evil the Devil Himself😠😠
I am really curious about that nurses history. I’m wondering if she went to college just so she could kill these tiny newborns? Or just when was she triggered to start the killing the neonates. It’s so hard to absorb this as a RN myself you become a nurse so you can help people. She must’ve had a lot of internal conflict . I’m so saddened for these parents and the staff.
As a mother of a son who was born preemie at just 3lbs 5oz..for those 2 months he was in the NICU each time I had to leave him..I felt I was dying inside..the love for my son is the realist love I have ever experienced in my life....I can't even imagine how I would react knowing that someone would have hurt him while I was gone..my son is now 30 years old and I am forever grateful to those NICU nurses and doctors who saved my baby. .I send blessings to those angels who care for the most vulnerable of babies and do it out of love for their profession but most of all for caring for our babies just like they would their own..thank you 😊 💓
This is so sad but she isn't the first nurse to be a serial killer. There have been a few that focused on children too who were passed from hospital to hospital so we don't even have an accurate number for how many they killed. It will be interesting to see if this case was caught quickly or if it turns out she had a questionable history at other places.
Reminds me of the Genene Jones nurse in Texas who killed and almost killed a lot of babies in San Antonio and Kilgore Texas. She worked in the NICU at one hospital and in a clinic setting killing babies and small children. What a tragedy!!
@Unique that's how her photos came about because of her angelic and innocent, persona and I am assuming she was able to put on a act which makes people feel safe with her.

Unless she had complaints of abuse and neglect on her record, management wouldn't know. They're not psychic. Most former employers will not give reasons they fired you.
There are cases of the most vile predators imaginable who attack people at home, kill everyone inside, but will leave a young baby untouched. Because even they can’t bring themselves to hurt a baby. Sick, sick woman.
Having a baby on the NICU and being there for days is so mentally hard and sad , I CANNOT fathom how the mothers of this innocent children feel . Just the thought breaks me . 😢
After working in a hospital for a while and getting to know some of the people there, sadly, I can see it - twisted af. Narcissists and sociopaths abound everywhere. Not a hint of humility in some. very unhuman environment.
I think that's painting all hard working nurses with a gray brush. Myself and coworkers truly care about our patients. This is not the norm, thankfully
@@jjg250 I have worked in healthcare for for over 30 years and I agree with the individual’s statement . I have met some extremely pathological people at work in the hospital.
What's Scary is how many Co workers suspect the killer of murdering victims but won't say or do anything for a long time because they are friends or Co workers. Another nurse was suspected & suspended after so many died on her shifts. They never called cops! Even when several filed reports with the hospital. Nobody called cops. It would be years later when someone finally said something. Towns were blown away! She had so many victims. Mainly elderly people but one younger man who was in rehabilitation after a car wreck.
One of the Batman movies explain people like this very well when they were speaking about the Joker. Some people just love to see the world burn. They have no monetary, sexual, or other motivation other than they just like the chaos. That is what this nurse sounds like. She doesn’t necessarily do it for the gratification, she just loves to see the end result.
Looks are deceiving; we must unlearn the trope that "wellness" has a "look". There are healthy fat people and ugly attractive models who have terrible eating habits.
As a person from the UK we were in utter shock at what these nurse ‘allegedly’ did. I am sick to my stomach when I listen to the allegations. So scary.
This so called nurse is disgusting.. I've read alot about this as it's in my country. Im pretty sure the prison gyals will look sort her out! Ana looking great and thank you Dr Davies. Great content ❤️🙌🏼
I so agree. Even if the justice system doesn't properly punish these people, the other prison detainees will. I'm not saying this is ok, but I wish more abusers realized this before they hurt children. Not only will the parents be tortured for life, but so will the child killer, very literally in fact.
@@lynnwilhoite6194 Wrong. Are you aware of how many babies have survived abortions and are alive today? You don’t need a surgical abortion if a baby is just a bunch of tiny cells. In that case they just give the woman medication. Premature babies are not a bunch of cells are they? A five month old baby can live outside of the womb and there are a ton of them walking around today, I can’t play pretend like you do evidently.
The thin white line is worse than the supposed blue line. Complain about a nurse and everyone else rallies to their defense/cover up. I've seen it happen time and again. I've talked with so many patient relatives who stay at bedside with their relative because they know if they don't their loved one will be maltreated - whether through negligence or intent.
Ive been a nurse for 12 years. Not many bad ones but we are usually able to spot the bad nurses right away, and they do get talked about. And reported if need be. She must be a great manipulator to had gotten that far.
Unfortunately, there were multiple whistleblowers (colleagues) who filed reports on their concerns about Lucy, but they weren’t taken seriously and it was only after a review of infant mortality data for the region and hospital that her actions came to light.

This is horrific!! My baby literally just graduated from NICU to PICU to Step down NICU and graduated from there 4 days ago in to our next journey to get home but this is exactly why I am here with my baby everyday I don't trust no nurses I even administer medication to my baby and wanted to know and read every medication she's on and if theirs any new medications I need to know and why!! Poor parents to these precious babies may you all get justice even tho I know that wouldn't bring them

God the parents heartache is so unimaginable. Oh how my heart is aching and crying for these poor poor babies and parents. Some type of holy power please ease the pain and unjust killing of innocent children. God I hate this evil world
As a criminology student in the UK, I've followed this case closely. I've always hoped and prayed this was a terrible mistake! But looking at the evidence, I very much doubt she is innocent :( how could she take those precious baby's from their loving parents 💔
A mistake? No. Opening a sterile syringe, drawing air into the syringe, opening the incubator and injecting the air into a BABY'S catheter is NOT a mistake. It is as deliberate as it is abominable. 🤷🏽♀️
Quick questions. You said you hoped and prayed that this was a terrible mistake. Do you mean that the nurse made mistakes in 17 babies? Can you clarify? Or at the point that you did hope and pray, did you know how many victims their were? Or were you hoping and praying the police were mistaken?
@@TheStar798 I just asked more about what she meant by hoped and prayed this was a mistake? I can't clearly understand the statement. After a few babies, they should have zeroed in in that monster. This was by design. And has happened before with some nurses.
@@kkw-pal1178 Yes, good points. To be fair though, maybe the original poster was hoping SHE was mistaken hearing the facts of the story in passing 🤷🏽♀️ I get it, but just kindly wanted to point out this Monster was intentional with her evil (in case she, or others, meant they hoped the nurse made a mistake).
I’m typically not affected by gore, horror stories, crime scene photos, etc. But I can honestly say I have NEVER felt more devastated and absolutely out of my mind angry hearing the details of this killer nurse. I’m moved to levels of emotions that I didn’t even know I could experience.
OMG as a retired nurse I find these crimes horrific! We had twin grandsons born at 25 weeks gestation who were intubated and air lifted to a neonatal intensive care unit, where they stayed for 12 weeks. That time in our family was so stressful, hopeful and nerve wracking all at once! The thought of something like this happening is horrific! The boys are healthy, happy 15 yo’s now living with my husband and I 💕
Hello Pam, I too am a retired RN and I am shocked that those twin baby boys both lived! To be born a twin is one strike against them and then being male is another. Girls have always had lower morbidity and mortality rates than boys when it comes to prematurity! Were they identical or perhaps had TTT Transfusion syndrome? Were there any lasting complications such as CP or blindness in the boys due to their extreme prematurity? 25 weeks is SO early! I am VERY glad as a Grandma too that these boys have grown up with you and their Granddaddy! There's obviously a reason for this, although I am NOT asking why! I'm glad that they were able to be transferred to a Specialist Unit in time. I'm sure that there are things NOT said here in your grandsons cases but I actually went into nursing to be a Midwife, I'm in Australia BTW, but that didn't happen as I had hoped, but I trained as a Childbirth Educator when I was pregnant with my 4th child, I had 5, and I've ALWAYS had an interest in birth and the causes that can prevent a pregnancy reaching term. I started University once my youngest daughter was 2. Although I am retired it wasn't by choice, my body just gave out on me but I cherish the memory of the wonderful years I was able to nurse and help people. Thank God there are not many "Lucy's" around! How utterly awful for the parents. Poor little souls! I hope that she gets the maximum sentence allowed! All the best to your whole family.
@@michellesartori6695 Oh Michelle thank you for your lovely comment it was so nice to hear from a fellow Aussie!! The boys aren’t identical, in fact they are so different in every way! They were the only set of twins to both survive whilst on the NICU. Their mother and father (our son) have substance abuse issues and have lived apart for the majority of the boys lives! The first twin was born with a broken leg and the second twin (the smallest) was starved of O2 at birth and now has a few disabilities. Five and half years ago their mother decided she couldn’t cope with the boys any longer so she sat them on the front door step and rang our son to pick them up!! Suffice it to say my husband and I picked them up and they have lived with us ever since. They are our fiercely determined, kind hearted little miracles!
@@pamcollins1651 Pam, how WONDERFUL to know that you are a fellow Australian. It made my day. I actually had the exact scenario in my head of what you described with substance abuse and disabilities due to severe prematurity. How did the older twin end up with a break in his leg pre birth? I have heard of it before but it is very rare and I have heard it being so in cases where there is something like osteogenesis imperfecta or a similar congenital condition present at birth and often beyond if OI is the case. I didn't say in my previous comment but I spent at least 5 years of my nursing career working in Drug & Alcohol Detox Units and a Methadone Clinic attached to what used to be my local hospital. Drug & Alcohol issues and the results of addiction are complex and long lasting in many cases as you know. I've been able to talk and counsel women, like the twins mother, when they were pregnant and I understand their added pregnancy risks for prematurity and birth complications. I also LOVED my job as an RN at a Children's Home for severely and profoundly disabled children and adults and I understand the extra support which is required to provide the child and their family with services specific to that child's needs. I ended up finishing my career off working in a Palliative Care Unit and in Aged Care and I loved that too, but deep in my heart it was those children with special needs who provided my greatest job satisfaction and I adored it. I pray that you and your husband have enough support to allow you both to have a break because you have to be pushing 60 if not past it and PLEASE don't be offended as sometimes I can sound unkind but I assure you that it is NOT intended. It's wish just that getting older DOES make you tired faster especially with teenage boys! I pray that you and your husband and the boys have a happy future and I am sorry for the frustration and sadness that you would have experienced with your son and his partner. Without making this about me and not you, I am familiar with THAT as well as mental health issues in MY family both immediate and less so. I helped my daughter raise my grandson until he was 10 due to her own mental health problems and unfortunately my grandson suffers from severe anxiety himself. Anyway I best finish this dialogue now and I truly wish you all the best! Have a good day Pam.
I'm from London, UK and only came across this story a couple of days ago and have been transfixed ever since. It's just mind boggling that someone in her profession could be doing this.
What a disgusting woman. The world we live in never ceases to amaze me. Just remember though there are ALOT of amazing nurses out there! Do not let the couple bad ones over shadow the good ones!
I spent 8 years dying no. They are not that amazing. At all.....its going downhill. Its.gone downhill. Maybe if they made a choice before they were nurses, do I want a cop husband or a doctor. Or just be single ...they have reputations for that..
I feel like it’s almost worse to leave a baby with irreparable damage…and twin-less. Unimaginable. As I’ve said, I am in identical twin myself. Born premature and 5ish lbs each. Seen so many twin psychologists in my time 😂
As a mother of four and grandmother of seven and counting this story is awful. I can't imagine someone doing such a horrible thing to a beautiful innocent baby. How could no one notice this? my heart goes out to those parents. If I were having kids today then I would definitely have my baby at home with a midwife. That is too scary. Thank God they found her out. It's scary thought to think that nurses and even doctors are committing crimes. There are good doctors and nurses out there however with these types of crimes I certainly wouldn't feel safe.
Wow.. I live near Manchester UK This is horrific. Unfortunately for the UK justice system she will not be punished to the maximum. The justice system over here is a joke. Rip to those poor little babies and ny heart goes out to there families
Ana - The thought of the nurse that hurt and killed these little babies makes me so angry. My Grandson was 1 month premature. I just can’t imagine the pain for these children’s parents and other family members. I hope the man in the 2nd case is ok. When you mentioned the the Mark Twitchell case I thought about how I will always be baffled about why he did that! Have a fantastic weekend!
I think better psychological testing prior to enter nursing school. Fixation with control, a compulsive desire to kill or a desire to be a hero and get attention are all factors with other killer nurses. Some begin with mercy killings and graduate to killing nuisance patients. A good rule of thumb for caregivers is that when they resent hands-on care of patients is to switch to a related job without hands on care, such as administration or sales.
This woman likely nurtured darkness and ill intent in her heart long before she hurt these poor babies and their families. I suspect envy was at the root of it. Wicked thoughts lead to wicked deeds.
Ive had 21 surgeries & all nurses r not compassionate. Altho we we ALL made to love babies so she has a mental defect. Dr Death still beats this nurse. He would just switch hospitals but so many had to know he was high or drinking. Thx Ana for this disturbing story bc we all need to know & learn to be safe💜🙏💜
As a mother my heart truly breaks for all those parents. I'm infuriated at that NICU monster... it's unfathomable to think a human like that exists in this world. Her actions are unforgivable, she deserves no mercy. She is a MONSTER!
This scares me, my daughter is scheduled for a c section Nov 9th. May God keep ALL our babies safe from EVIL
How's the baby
How are you doing mom? I hope you all are doing well
I hope all went well 💜❤️💗
With a c section there are a lot of people in that room, I feel like this horrible woman gets these babies alone and does it.
Maybe they need to start putting up CCTV cameras in these units.
That is a good idea but due to privacy this would probably not be allowed.
Most hospitals have them
Not in the patients room. I took it as meaning not j hallways but in the room so more is being viewed. I could deff be wrong tho.
The rooms also has naked patients. That is like putting CCTV in the bathroom and toilet 🚽 …
@@tmcurly my old ass don't care who sees me. I only want to be taken care of when I'm spending my money.
My twin babies were born at 27 weeks and weighed only 2 lbs each. They were in the NICU for 3 months. The NICU nurses that took care of them were such angels. This is horrifying.
My mother lost one twin at birth (at 6 months old) and had one that was in the ICU at 1.16 lbs! The nerve of this monster!!!
That” trust me I’m a nurse line “makes me feel like she decided to be a nurse to do these terrible and vile acts.

It’s just so sad
That animal needs to be put down. I don’t think Britain has the death penalty, but they should make an exception for this evil, horrific monster.
I feel a little dumb asking, but what does NICU stand for?
OMG, she is the devil. As a mother, I would never get over this.
Straight disgusting disturbing!!!!!!!!. A poor baby newborn
I guarantee she's one of those "the world is overpopulated and km actually the hero" people
Humans are the Devil. Every last one of us.
I don’t think the devil would be this sickening . REMEMBER, the devil was once an Angel
This woman should be put in a room with all of the parents of these precious babies whos lives she took
I feel like twins dying like in those circumstances so close together is absolutely suspicious and I am not a nurse.

Hi Ana,
My wife's cousin went missing under suspicious circumstances and I was hoping to bring coverage to it.
I had both my son's in a hospital in Georgia and we had the option to keep the baby in the room with me and I did both times.

Yes, I am wondering how far apart the babies died.

Nurses are truly heroes- and she had no right to call herself a nurse

When my daughter was in the NICU, I had to stop a nurse from working with my daughter. She was changing her tubes without gloves and running her hands through her hair.
So glad you were able to observe…changing nurseries from private rooms to all windows so parents can do so was a good move. I’m heartbroken for people who need to rest and recover while others are in charge of children’s care.

We had a similar nurse killing dozens babies in Toronto Canada in 80’s at Hospital for Sick Children and she was charged and later exonerated. If we knew they would live to kill ,it would be better if they weren't born
She’s getting off on the pain and negative energy she’s causing , esp taking twins . Lord hold these families in your heart 🙏🙏🙏
I think you might be right
Well, they don't give all the details here.

So so sad💔
I don't know how I feel about the death penalty, but if anyone deserves it, the nurse who killed multiple infants would be a candidate.
Think about the person you love more than life itself, then imagine a person taking them and violently destroying them.

@@uwpride you are most welcome. Take care of yourself and your precious. XoX XoX
Unfortunately it's very real, just be your child's best advocate and trust your instincts!! Don't let this take the joy out of the absolutely most magical moment of your life! Best wishes to your family and your precious bundle of joy ❤️ If this is your first you are about to learn what true, absolute unconditional love is, nothing compares !!!
Poor parents to these precious babies may you all get justice even tho I know that wouldn't bring them
Oh Ana, I am so excited that you know of and had the guys from Adventures with Purpose on the show. I have been watching them for only 6 months.they are fantastic! So respectful and kind. Can't wait to watch! 🤗💜🍀
It TRULY amazes me how people are all up in arms about this incident, which is HORRIFIC, BUT NOT BABIES IN THE WOMB!!!!!
Yes it's so weird.
Thank you Anna! I look forward to this weekly ❤
Thank you Bria 🙏🏼
God the parents heartache is so unimaginable. Oh how my heart is aching and crying for these poor poor babies and parents. Some type of holy power please ease the pain and unjust killing of innocent children. God I hate this evil world
As a criminology student in the UK, I've followed this case closely. I've always hoped and prayed this was a terrible mistake! But looking at the evidence, I very much doubt she is innocent
:( how could she take those precious baby's from their loving parents 💔
As a student in England where this happened , I'm sure you have all the terrible facts
A mistake?
I couldn’t even imagine losing the tiny beautiful little human that just came out of my body .
I'm from London, UK and only came across this story a couple of days ago and have been transfixed ever since. It's just mind boggling that someone in her profession could be doing this.
I'm from Brum and are watching too. Are you still following? I think it concludes this week.
Funny how they've been quite about this huh?? Cause she's a nice educated middle class girl. Awful.
What a disgusting woman. The world we live in never ceases to amaze me. Just remember though there are ALOT of amazing nurses out there! Do not let the couple bad ones over shadow the good ones!
I highly doubt that you are completely in denial.
Thank you!!
Seen so many twin psychologists in my time 😂
Have they said if she ever lost a baby or maybe couldn't have a baby. Maybe jealousy??? Crazy and senseless. RIP little ones.
Home births are definitely a lot safer, IMO! I had my daughter at home, in the bathtub, w/ a midwife, and it was awesome 💜⚡️
@@sarahissersohn5495 That's wonderful 😊
These people are sick!
Wow.. I live near Manchester UK This is horrific. Unfortunately for the UK justice system she will not be punished to the maximum. The justice system over here is a joke. Rip to those poor little babies and ny heart goes out to there families
What’s scary is this girl looks eerily familiar . She’s not from here but my mind wonders . She looks almost like every other nurse
What did you expect her to look like? You do know that the world, is not a Disney movie right?
This makes me afraid of having a child. My husband and I are planning to have a baby and this right here is unbelievable! Prayers to the family 🙏🏾
Do midwife home delivery
Prayers for you Parenting is the greatest responsibility but full of great love.
Fantastic points!
Love & Peace 💕
My hearts go out to all the lost loved ones family I can't even begin to imagine what they're going through
Hi pretty lady. How are you doing today? And how is the weather over there?
I wonder if maybe she had miscarriages or was unable to have children for some reason and did this out of jealousy or something like that...🤔
Great point!👐👏
This is terrible,I had premature twins that were in the nicu,These poor babies & parents my heart goes out to them,I hope she is never let out,
Hi pretty lady. How are you doing today?? And how is the weather over there???
Sitting in prison is Not Enough punishment for that woman
How could you kill the most vulnerable and helpless? Horrific 😭😭😭
This is such a sad news take heart my dear... we don't even know who to trust over us anymore...how are you doing dear?
This woman likely nurtured darkness and ill intent in her heart long before she hurt these poor babies and their families. I suspect envy was at the root of it. Wicked thoughts lead to wicked deeds.
Ive had 21 surgeries & all nurses r not compassionate. Altho we we ALL made to love babies so she has a mental defect. Dr Death still beats this nurse. He would just switch hospitals but so many had to know he was high or drinking. Thx Ana for this disturbing story bc we all need to know & learn to be safe💜🙏💜
Wow. My heart goes out to the parents of the babies. I can’t even imagine.
This is so horrible and scary we don't even know where to feel safe anymore. I hope you are ok dear.
As a mother my heart truly breaks for all those parents. I'm infuriated at that NICU monster... it's unfathomable to think a human like that exists in this world.
Her actions are unforgivable, she deserves no mercy. She is a MONSTER!
I cannot understand how ANYONE can do that to poor innocent beautiful little babies 😢 😭
Evil people
