Mark 4:37-40
37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.
38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?
39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
40 And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?

Jesus says to them "Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith? because HE is right there with them as GOD. We shouldn't be fearful because God is with us!
He's asking his disciples that: what reason do they have to be afraid if he told them that God said in the book of Zechariah that they will pass safely through the seas of distress. Zechariah 10:11. seas of trouble means to take arms against yourselves to fight off verbal assaults while sailing through the waters of the Jordan trying to reach to the end of the shores, arguing with the sons of tumult in the middle of a controversy, going against these ungodly torrents views who is contrary to God and Moses and Joshua whom these tumults will not allow Jesus disciples to stand firm on their feet before they all reach to shore.
I am not a Mormon but I believe in Jesus Christ Christ is Authority on Earth is given by God for by he is the begotten son of God and must suffer the sorrows to pave the way for man to reach God blessed until he who receives his Blessing

Just as He calmed a windstorm on a lake in the Middle-East all those years ago, so can He calm the storms in our lives today.

One of my fondest experiences with the Savior was when they were filming this scene. I was invited as a guest of the camera crew. As my wife and I sat there waiting for the sun to set so they could begin filming, we were sitting with others in a long line of on lookers on lawn chairs. My wife and I were socializing with a neighbor, when i noticed someone at my side. I looked up and it was the actor who was portraying Jesus Christ. He was walking down the line, in character, shaking hands and offering his thanks to all who were there. It was the most spiritual experience to have the Savior welcome me, to shake my hand, and to thank me for taking the time to be there. I sat in astonishment and amazement. It changed my life. That feeling has never left me, and I am sure our meeting with the actual Son of God one day will be even more humbling, and gratifying. I thank God for that experience.
This is really cool. I am sure he was prompted to get up and walk and shake all y'alls hands. And as he did so, The Savior was in him as this actor became his physical tool and all of you were able to feel his presence through this guy hearing and heeding to this prompting. Just as we are all asked to walk as if we are Him so others around us can feel his love and presence when we need Him. 💚💚💚 Thank you for sharing that.

This hit me hard i have overcome many temptations and trails and sometimes i fear that my weaknesses will get the best of me agaim but i know if i have faith in Christ he will give me strength to resist temptations and get through trails i need not fear

There was no Islam before his birth. Muhammad denied that Jesus died on the cross but there are 40 historical non biblical writings that state that Jesus died on the cross. Muhammad hasn't made any prophecy that has come true. whereas the Holy Bible has 2500 prophecies. out of which 2000 have been already fulfilled to the details. Now you can decide which to rely on.
I hope that this just proved to every individual that when you follow / choose Jesus , it doesn't mean you will not encounter storms. Yess .. you will encounter storms but in the midst of those storms there will be the Prince of peace (Jesus) . He calms the storms and they obey him. He is Shalom (The LORD our Peace)

We may have storms in our lives but we won’t sink as long as we have Our Savior in our boat.
Why is it that we have no faith? Many times when our faith is tested we forget faith in The Lord. We all must put our faith and trust in The Lord, so that when we are at judgement, The Lord will not say "I knew thee not".
In the translation that Joseph Smith did of the Bible, to try to correct a few mis-translations over the years, it says that Jesus says, “Ye knew me not.” He knows us, and would never turn us away....that is my understanding, but we are the ones who stray from him. It is true that sometimes he tries our faith, and I believe he is trying to refine us. There are times when the heaven seemed closed in my life, but I remember that this last time, I had erred in spirit, and wanted to beat myself up...but I think that Jesus was trying to tell me how I could avoid that self-punishment. That is my guess.
Each of us have our personal storms every single day. He wants to see how we are going to react to those.

Fear that would go away if i put my trust in God and stopped overthinking and worrying about things I can't control. What is unknown to me is never unknown to God.
