- To coincide with the release of the band’s 10th studio album, 'Medicine At Midnight,' Foo Fighters Radio will debut an exclusive performance from the band, Foo Fighters LIVE from the SiriusXM Garage in Los Angeles, on February 5 at 5pm ET. The performance will also be available on the SiriusXM app. The event was attended by a live virtual audience of SiriusXM subscribers and hosted by SiriusXM’s, Kat Corbett.

This and Cabin Down Below are two of my favorite Heartbreakers songs to play. They are both nearly unknown for some reason. FF did this justice.

The whole Wildflowers album is fantastic!
Awesome song by Tom Petty and an amazing cover by The Foo Fighters! but, this song was only overlooked by those who weren't Petty fans, Tron. The rest of us that followed TPATH already knew Tom's songwriting abilities and we knew that no one was better! That is why Tom shared mutual respect and admiration from legends like Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison and Johnny Cash... to name just a few.

Dave played drums on snl with the heartbreakers in the late 90’s, he almost joined the band as the drummer but decided to do the foo fighters instead. I love Tom petty but I’m so glad Dave chose foo fighters

The Foos always seem to enjoy being onstage, but since they've come back from their pandemic break, they just seem extra connected, invigorated, and joyful. It's really nice to see, especially right now when it's often hard to find the positives.

Except Dave is the only one of them who Petty personally asked to join the Heartbreakers.
I'd say that Dave Grohl channeled the spirits of not only Tom Petty but also Ronnie Van Zant on this one. You can detect (or least I can) the vocal nods in this song.

Oh the time when Stan Lynch quit and before Steve Ferrone joined the band...and Dave Grohl was asked to sub as the drummer for the SNL gig. Dave drummed on this song...He was asked to join the Heartbreakers but declined cuz he was mentally in the midst of forming his own band...the FFs. Almost!
