The playoff system looks like trash… one of the cool features about TW golf back in the day was the ability to see your opponents when you went head to head against them
This and 2K21 is the biggest CON in gaming history, at no stage did they code ANY CPU AI into this, hence you can never see the CPU opponents shots. It is a pile of bollox and the devs should be hung upside down for 2 months cos their adverts for 2K21 made me buy the game with their "play against Pro golfers" bullshit. Lets hope EA's game next month is a match in this regard to the PROPER Tiger Woods, and the Rory McIlroy games of yesteryear, I love watching CPU AI taking their shots, thinking about them, dealing with wind etc.
Makes me even more excited to play this game in two weeks! Granted, it doesn’t look perfect in some areas, but definitely seeing some improvements to 2k21. October 14 can’t come soon enough! I think for me, the opportunity to play as the pros is what’s most exciting. Great video as always! Keep up the great work man

Any confirmation if playoffs or sudden death are now included in online play. Nothing worse than playing a great match with buddies, especially team formats, and ending up in a tie in 2K21.
Can I ask a general question please Turloch, PlayStation & Xbox both offering cross gen standard editions of the game. Does this mean if some people have a 4 and some have a 5 then they can't be in the same society?
As i have said in the comments already, 2K think we are stupid to allow no CPU AI in this game, there is ZERO AI coded into it, just pre-recorded shots, I proved that by screen recording loads in 2K21 and eventually 100% exact same shots to the micro pixels started to show up....
Im wondering if you have to have better putting skill to see every break and thats why you missed that birdie putt on 2. If thats the case I don’t love that idea…

Instead of seeing their shot at least show where their ball is? That would be interesting like if they went in the rough on the tee shot you could play more conservative, etc.

Your struggles putting may just be your archetype. I’ve seen that the shortcomings of the power house is putting and short game. If you’re gonna run with power house, I’d put all my skill points into putting and short game
I noticed on one of your career videos before that there was no break in the putt, and then on your next putt it was reading break in the same spot it wasnt before. I dont know if thats a glitch or something else. I wonder if its something new because of the attributes ?
There is putt path attributes that you upgrade in the archetypes. I wonder if it is impacting the green grid too which would make some sense. You werent having problems putting when you played with the pro players that had higher attributes ?

Why didnt they add a reaction button like a celebration button in FIFA? When u nail one u press x for a club twirl ; when u mess up u press o to express annoyance.
If your going to be doing your fantasy course series you should definitely try “the citadel” out. It’s an absolutely fantastic course and a real challenge I think you’d have a ton of fun with it. (No I’m not the creator just a huge fan of the course)
I am not up on all the cross platform/generation lingo and was wondering will I be able to play online and in societies with my friends who are still on ps4 with my ps5 version?

I was truly hoping I wouldn't have to have 2 golfer's one for ps4 to play with those guys and one for ps5 to play with the others.
Is the powerhouse profile affecting your putts? Seems impossible to read the lie and can’t believe balls are just missing hole when no movement showing
Are your putts off... because your putting skills are low right now, in your profile? For you to miss some of those putts is weird.. and if it's not attributed to your profile current skill level than that's troubling and it's a glitch in the game.
Oh no! The internet disconnection bug 🐛 struck again to take revenge, taking back/cheating you of the 2 shots it gave you at TPC Sawgrass! You should have been 6-under and never in a playoff, though maybe the game was itching to let you experience a playoff intentionally before the trial period is up by hook or by crook? I've to say the playoff system is still rather lame though, as you still can't see the other competitors unlike even the old Tiger Woods games I've played since the late 1990's! Also, it seems as though the other competitors could just makes par on every hole which means you know all you might need to win is a birdie & a bogey to lose to end the playoff, which I hope is NOT the case!
You know what grinds my gears? RUclipsrs like apex don’t disclose how the game could be better. These streamers have a bigger voice then most of us and they don’t review the game properly on how they can improve the game, they act like everything is dandy when this game is a literal copy of last years. Basically youre paying 60 quid for the addition of a few real players; genuinely can't see what else there is beyond 2k21. The missing splash shots outside of bunkers will affect online play I guess....but thats it. What a rip off. No way I buy. They should have added more offline modes like the ability to create your own tourneys , fix the awful drop zone issues , make putting harder , fix the awful ball physics when putting , improve the crowd , add some player reactions that the gamer can make themselves and create a variety of swing types. No surprise to me though as game makers these days want to do the absolute minimum work to get the absolute maximum in sales
They really should have showed the other players for play-off but those shots it took off you kind of made up for the 2 shots you gained in the earlier tournament. PS please don't spoil what happens in your videos in the title. Kind of ruins any excitement.

Pros have their custom swing but you can’t choose one unfortunately and I’d say it’s about the same in terms of swing plane
