I have been a huge fan of this channel for almost a year now and each video brings something so beautiful and authentic series of images to our very eyes. I believe these meals are so delicious as impressive as they look like. I am a huge fan of Ramen and So far this channel can be ranked on the top of my list for the presentation, simplicity and everything
That dashi is brilliant! You split the atom here, simplifying the whole process, but still incorporating such a range of flavors. A stunner of a dish. 🤩🤩🤩
That way of making a broth is 🤯. Opens a new whole method of prepping food for the week. For those in the US/Canada who are inclined to buy local, wild Atlantic kombu is becoming more widely available and easily bought online from the farmers.
Ramen seemed so intimidating to me, even though I’ve been cooking for almost 50 years. Also, I usually don’t have all the ingredients, but watching several of Yeung’s videos I’ve realized that things can be substituted, what matters is keeping the overall profiles of flavors and textures, and most importantly, that it’s not a big deal. I made this today -with some subs and add ons- and it was absolutely delicious. I’m so sincerely thankful for this channel; it has changed the way I approach cooking new things.
A soothing delivery of an excellent ramen dish recipe, I must say. The layers of flavors you have there, are on point, and to me Heavenly. Much appreciated Chef.
Looks amazing! For one or maybe even two servings, may I suggest air frying the vegetables instead of baking them. I often just throw lightly-oiled fresh or even frozen broccoli florets in my air fryer, and a few minutes later they’re lightly browned on the outside, perfect in texture, and delicious. Works for tofu and mushrooms too. I haven’t used my oven in months 😊
The Ramen soup, so beautiful. When u brought the camera for a close up on the soup and slowly scanned the surface.....so artfully done!!! Would definitely like to see that technique more often!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
Thank you so much for your clear directions. I am making the ramen for my 96 year old mother. She has enjoyed several of your recipes. You make trying food from another culture easy.
Ramen is one of the best food that I can count on as an Asian of course. However, it's pretty awesome seeing your palatable version of making ramen aside from it's delicious it's also healthy. Thank you so much Mr chef for sharing your recipe. Grateful and God bless. Happy cooking.
Your family recepies making me hungry. My English isn't perfect but I understand everything what you are saying. For me everything is very clearly. Thank you for your vlogs 😊 Greatings from Poland ❤
Hello.. Lovely show ❣️ A little tips for the future. When you are going to heat up the dashi, put the noodles in, they will absorb some flavour and bind everything together..
I am so going to try this, once it gets a little colder here. I have been looking for a simple and easy to make vegan ramen recipe for quite a while now and did not find something, that really was spot on what I was searching for. But this is it: easy and uncomplicated and very simple to put together with ingredients I already have at home. I am looking forward to making my first ramen soon. Thanks a lot for this recipe
I made it today and it’s a grat dish! I used green bean instead of broccolini, but it was amazing! Good for autumn- winter time that is coming now! Thank you!
You are definitively the master! Already love and often make the creamy ramen recipe (even with oat milk), always delicious. Now not only a new ramen, but also a new seasoning oil to try. Will look forward to making this real soon! And maybe the beautiful bowls will be nice Christmas presents. Thank you, Wil!
I have all your cookbooks and love them. It would be super helpful if you note in your episodes if and which of your cookbooks the recipe or parts of the recipe can be found. Not that I don't love going through all the books to find something, it would certainly be helpful. I would be able to note the recipe at the time of the episode if I knew it was not in one of your cookbooks. Your dishes are truly delicious. I don't change a thing. They are perfect just the way they are. Thank you.
This looks delicious. I love the recipes and I'm so thankful to know that there are so healthy ramen noodles besides the unhealthy packages sold in the stores.
I subscribed! You have captured my ambition to try some Asian dishes I love. I have found I will “LOVE” most everything you are cooking. Master Class? Yes.
I think I’d only weep to watch this right now as I am so hungry and out of noodles (groceries) for a few more days, but I know without any doubt it’s absolutely lovely and I can’t wait! - also that cover photo is gorgeous omg❣️😍🥹
👋Your plates will be my daughter's Christmas presents! This soup will be prepared tomorrow by me, I'm living the dashi all night 🌙 thank you for your work of excellency
Definitely making this ramen I’ve been looking for easy & not complicated ramen to make at home, must restaurants in Columbus, Ohio want $17.00 for a bowl. Now I can make yours with confidence. Thanks for sharing ❤❤!! Congratulations on your new ramen bowls they are beautiful !!

I am thinking I could also add some sake or fino sherry. Also I think I will try adding fresh galangal to the stock recipe. Your videos are so wonderful.
I truly ADORE your videos and the ideas. I will say that this is your version of easy and I don't have the time to realistically make this! I'm down for someone making it for me, but think I'm in a mode of life where that would cost me, in a fancy restaurant!! 😂❤
Your cooking looks soooo good. I love watching you prepare this yummy recipes. Watching you with your calm self shopping garlic is amazing. I have tried chopping like you, lets say I need additional time to get somewhat as you. Thank you for your wonderful recipes.
Love your Chanel , and have a few of your books . I live in Nova Scotia , and sometimes have an issue getting some ingredients in your recipes . Could you possibly give an alternative at times . Thanks 🙂
Damnit this is such a nice bowl! I'm already preparing this dish as we speak. I have to mention that the camerawork and audio/music are so in balance and it is almost like art. Just beautiful and keep doing what you are doing, your the best Yeung Man! Greetings from the Netherlands
Thanks always for the great recipes you are sharing. But I don't like using avocado oil as it tastes like vegetable oil. I only use light cooking olive oil as it is healthier.
I agree with all the comments below, divine! Thanks a lot Yeung Man! And ... are these elegant black measuring cups avalaible somewhere too? What material are they made of? Ceramic or porcelain or ...?
Dang! I never thought of ramen as anything more than the little cellophane packages that are ( used to be) 10 for a dollar. This looks absolutely fabulous.

Ramen is derived from Chinese “lamien “!
Well said. I previously made a ramen from his recipe/video. Decorated by his chilli oil recipe. It was delicious and looked amazing.

For the non plant based/ fish eaters: bonito flakes are an awesome addition to the dashi. The broccolini was groundbreaking for me lol. Thanks
Salivating 🤤 I love the idea of scallion oil - brilliant! 🙏🏽
