All of your content that I have seen (apologies if I have missed something) takes an existing product that is working to some degree then positioning is applied. Might be fun to go back a step further?
1. How do you handle situations when sales, marketing, customer success all have different opinions about the positioning? 2. How do you handle cases when ideas about positioning focus on features (esp. highly technical ones) rather than benefits?
