Worlds greatest electrician , remote start for Oneida 5hp dust collector

My friend Martin roles by to hook up the remote start on my Oneida 5HP 3 phase dust collection system. Martin does some serious problem solving when things appear wonky.

the reason the cables are all red is because they're all active! the white is neutral. why would you need different colours? Does he use different colours when he wires up a house? Normally control cables are coloured based on voltages and sensors etc. Looking at the schematic they're all numbered anyway so you would literally need zero experience to wire this thing up
