That is so pretty! I have some of the regular size Colorama Halo cakes. I think I'll pick 2 cakes of colors that look nice together and make this gorgeous super scarf! What's one more WIP anyway, lol!
After seeing this I had to go get some at Joann’s. They didn’t have the big cake, so I got two. It’s a little less yardage, so I chained 50. It may not be as long, but it will be okay. I’ll probably be making more for Christmas. Thank you, Crystal.💝🧶
When yarn is so fluffy soft, it can be hard to see stitch definition but you picked the perfect pattern, it looks beautiful w that Caron Cake! Yarn! Great job Crystal, your tutorial was amazing to follow as always. :)
I love big scarves and this one is gorgeous! That Halo you used makes me think of the beach.😊I like that stitch a lot. Thank you for another wonderful tutorial, Crystal! 😊
Very pretty stitch. I want to try this one. Not sure if I'll make it that big. However I do have that yarn different colorway and it sure would be great for homeless. So very warm cozy. ❤
This is a good scarf that I can do quickly. I have the same yarn, and it feels great in my hands. After cooking for two, I feel this is a treat. Thank you for your hard work😊
Hey Crystal, very nice pattern! I. Have some regular sized cakes of the Halo yarn. Think I'll be making some scarves w/ it to give for Christmas!! Your patterns are always fun n mostly easy, for quick project ideas... Thanks!
Hi Crystal, this is a beautiful stitch. I'm making a blanket with one of your tutorials, and it's coming out beautifully ... Thank you for sharing your gorgeous work ❤❤
Nice, looks so cozy, simply beautiful, Thanks for giving us so much inspiration & showing us how to create such pretty things. Sure makes me smile every time I see you being patient & teaching us your master skills so that we can also create beauty.😊
I don’t know if you (Crystal) believe in numbers, but sooner than IMMEDIATELY, I hit the thumbs up button, and my number was 624. Not a big deal actually; UNLESS that number is your BIRTHDAY!!! KISMET, my Queen of Crochet, KISMET!!! TY for everything you do….
That scarf is lovely. I have one of those huge cakes, I just don't know if I could use a scarf like that here in AZ. LOL But it sure is beautiful! Thank you for the simple stitch!
Oh Crystal, another beauty. Thru the years I bought the yarn, now to get my fingers to work. I’m not sure if you said how many chains you started with for the gorgeous 8 foot scarf; did I miss it? And rewind?😊 Everything you create is to perfection! You were blessed!
I would use it as a shawl for just over the shoulders im not a scarf kinda person at all gave all my scarves away. Lol! This is soooo pretty! I have the little cakes. Thanks! ❤❤
Darling, thank you for your tutorials. I learned to crochet 20 years ago, in 4th grade, but all I knew, was how to do single crochets. Since finding you, I am finally learning the possibilities. Thank you, again, and God bless
This was a fun stitch to sample and looks good in chunky yarn, too. Does it have a name or do we just call it Jumbo Scarf Colorama Halo Fuzzy Stitch? My stitch index file is so disorganized, I just list them by project most of the time. 😄
Question for anyone: since you end with a Row 4 repeat which has chains, if you want to add a single crochet row to match how you started the project, do you SC in each stitch, including the chain loops? Appreciate any advice, thanks.
Now we need hats to match 🤗😉❤️❤️. Ty Crystal ❤❤
🎉
