I really struggle with some of the topics raised here. Mental health services have been decimated and are not easy to access unless you can afford to pay. Additionally, I think it's worth saying that friends and family should not be your counsellor nor therapist. Finally, whilst I feel there is utility in trying to find moments of happiness, structural/political issues have left many living in poverty including many children. When you are focused on simply surviving ( eat or heat) small moments of happiness must be almost impossible to find. It's almost pushing responsibility on to each person instead of acknowledging structural reasons for unhappiness.
Thanks for the inspiring suggestions!
Great conversation. Thank you 😊

Thank you for another helpful talk. I always am grateful for your comments Mark summarizing what has been mentioned throughout each talk. Brilliant.
Thank you! I listened in during my lunch break today and really enjoyed it. Great chat on a great topic 😊
