      Yea it’s because it’s color graded. Not every one can color grade

      @erikduijsens  2 месяца назад

      It’s not that hard to grade, I do have luts on my website which is honestly all i do for my footage!

    I'm really glad you got around to making this, started making my own review for how im using it as well. Thanks for addressing the mimo app and carplay issue as well, after you responded to my last comment, I was able to get mine working after disabling the car play.

    Nice work! The color contrast between the muted sky, the road and the car was spot on! Also super impressed with how well it tracked the Outback! I was afraid the bumble wouldn’t be able to handle the wind, but it looks like you had it on the front side of your car and it did great! Thank you! Now I can’t wait for the weather to warm up here in the Midwest so I can start shooting cars!!!

      @erikduijsens  4 месяца назад

      Thanks! Honestly it has held up great with winds. I've gotten it up to give or take 65-70 mph while on the hood of a car and havent't had any issues. The only thing I've noticed it doesn't like is bumps in the road. It has a lot of feedback on the camera and I don't think there is a way to fix it unless you get a spring loaded baseplate. (which imo thats overkill haha).
      I'm looking at heading out to the midwest soon 0.0

    What camera settings did you use for it? I just bought one and my car rollers look fuzzy/meh. However I was going around 65-70mph on a freeway, shooting at 4k24, 1/50, and 100 ISO with an ND filter. For one, I wasn’t aware I could film in Log footage until I got home last night so I’m gonna try that today 😂 but your rollers look sharp and great! I just wonder how fast I need to make my shutter to still get that nice motion blur but also maintain great quality

    • @erikduijsens
      @erikduijsens  2 месяца назад

      I run the same settings as you! Make sure your ND is seated correctly is all I would say. I have shots doing 100+ and it has no issues. I have another video under the osmo pocket 3 playlist going over settings !

    Hej Erik, what great shots and the picture is really breathtaking, I'm always afraid that you will get a restlessness in the picture due to the vibrations, do you have any other experience with it or additional Gimbel or vibration damper?
    Thanks so much
    Greetings from Germany

      @erikduijsens  4 месяца назад +1

      Hello! So I have noticed that when I go over a bump or hit a pothole the osmo pocket doesn't like it. It has vibrations that are very very visible. I am sure with a damper you could fix this. I believe with a damper it would be overkill setup but I'm sure it is achievable. I will make a video about the flaws of the pocket 3 and will include this.

      Hey, thanks for the quick reply and I'm looking forward to your video and maybe you have a recommendation which damper is recommended.

    does the osmo have picture profiles? Im not a pro when it comes to color grading. I usually just apply a filter and adjust accordingly :( you ROCK !!!

    • @erikduijsens
      @erikduijsens  4 месяца назад

      The osmo pocket doesn't have picture profiles per say like how Sony has PP1-10. But you can choose to film in d-logm and a natural color profile. I appreciate the kind words!

    Can you controll it manually when your in the car? If you have a extra person.

    • @erikduijsens

      If you take an extra person you can definitely control it manually. You would use the digital joystick on the screen.

      At first I was especially with this rig. I was sent a tow hook mount from Cravenspeed which I made a video about and it’s a lot more secure. I will be adding a failsafe though!
