I'm not spoiling but Miruko easily became one of my favorite characters in MHA or Boku No Hero Academia. Definitely a fun and creative character always smiling through battle and always works alone like a badass.
Could say she really puts her leg first into everything she does.

Miruko technically doesn't have her own agency, she just goes wherever she feels fit and takes care of crime regardless of scale. Probably the most unpredictable among them.
I mean if they were called Im sure they would have showed up but I don't believe anyone expected they would run into All for One.
They also had to keep the operation a secret. I’m pretty sure only those heroes with agencies close to the League’s bar were called in.
