Im dealing with the same leak. What do you torque the strainer bolts to? I think I put mine back too tight because it started leaking worse than before, and i may have oil soaked my starter.
torque them to 6 or 7 ft/lbs unfortunately honda does not show the torque for these 2 bolts, I did them just by feeling, you also can apply sealant so it wont leak, if you apply sealant install it just 3 minutes after applying sealant

What power steering fluid did you use, and is it fine to use instead of Honda fluid?
