vocal chords vibrate to create the tones of our voice when we speak. the tones, sounds we make when we speak, above what we are saying, tell more of the story than we think. its not what we say but how we say it. our tones can make people cry, be happy or laugh, more than the actual words. we could hear a different language tell a story and we could get a sense of the drama in the story, when someone is happy, sad etc. it vibrates with the wind from our lungs to create the tones of our speech. now think about how near-death experiencers talk about the heavenly music, how music just emanated from them with the most beautiful sounds. use caring, sympathetic tones when you speak and that can spread love or worse, our choice. speak with a loving tone, and you can change, effect those around you, and that can be the butterfly effect that reaches the other side of the world

Hello Sarah! Just last week we talked about the chakras system on my shamanism study group. In addition to the 7 chakras that overlap with our bodies we explored also: - Star of Earth chakra: below the root chakra - Star of Heaven chakra: 10-15cm above the crown chakra, access to akashic records, it's a bridge chakra to the reality of the spirit. - Hanub Ku chakra: The ninth chakra, which is one for all the beings, it exist outside time and space, and it's associated with the center of our galaxy. Each chakra additionally has a letter or sound associated, a color, and a crystal that can be used to work with it. Also, there is a connection between chakras Root, Sacral, Third Eye and Hanub Ku with the 4 levels of perception: Serpent (earth, west), Jaguar (water, south), Humming Bird (air, north), and Eagle (fire, east), accordingly (the animal varies depending on the shamanism tradition) Thanks for your additional guidance. The relationship between the Hearth center and Ajna center and our latent psychic abilities was very insightful. And the Solar Plexus is making more sense now.

There are 108 chakras in the system we can manipulate and use, 4 more in the body that we can't, and then 2 outside that we can't for a total of 114. Malas are thousands of years old and have been used to keep track of 108 mantra chants (and other things). Rosary beads in Catholicism are also a string of 54 on the neck (2x54 is 108) with (including the main bead) 6 beads down (54*2=108+6=114).

I once said to my teacher that until i had seen a chakra right in front of me, it would remain a spiritual model. She agreed. Later i experienced solid-form manifest tantra, passing through the physical, including kundalini and open chakras, during my twin flame soul merge. The same barriers that cause emotional blocks are the ones that maintain physical continuity, trapping us in Newtonian reality, which we need to have, most of the time.
The sacral, in my practice is also fire, hense its colour, connection to the sun ext, as in all tantric ancient practice. I feel if you start working on your sacral with the water element, without understanding you may find things a little extinguishing to ur life force!!. Much love ❤ xxxxxxxxx

I thought I might find answers with this video, but not enough info was given to help me determine if I'm actually looking in the right place. I have experienced what felt like 2 very distictive electrical zaps that happened years apart and in different places on my body. I even heard the sound of the energy zap. Both times it was very sudden and very quick, with only a small amount of discomfort. I was in bed both times. The first happened around 7 years ago when I was lying awake in bed one morning and I felt a zap of electricity in the center of my forehead. I never forgot about it, but also never spoke to anyone about it. I felt the exact thing happen again just a few months ago while sitting up in bed watching tv. This time I felt the same zap of electricity on my tailbone. I have never talked about this nor researched this. I would really like to know what I have experienced. Any help would be appreciated greatly. Thank you!❤
This is great a video, but as a person who can't deal with lots and lots talking, especially around such deep ideas, I would have greatly benefited from more visual aids around your explanation. Quick question, what is the best way to open and have healthy functioning chakras? I’ve been doing shadow work for years and have come so far, yet I still have so many issues with my root, sacral and solar plexus chakras from early childhood trauma. Even though I know I have forgiven and moved on mentally, my chakras remain out of balance or closed, what can I do to help my energy body start to heal and function properly?
Root equals feeling secure/ SUrthrival bottom of maslow... also accept your sacral/sexuality/creativity/ your origins got it... very important... sexuality people really need to listen to what it is saying to them we are taught by society to deny and ignore sex.

Thank you! Although I have a differing experience with the crown chakra. It was always the first one I have felt energy coming in years ago. The more aware and connected I become the more energy is felt rushing in through the crown as some sort of a liquid feel to it. The sensation is euphoric and it flows down through the crown to other centres. It also happens when I feel that certain individuals is going to call or otherwise contact me because there's a distinct energy coming in through the crown minutes before a phone call actually occurs. I have never been able to find an explanation to this feeling because I haven't found anyone that would have felt this rush from above to below.
I'd say this is the basics, but there's more to it. In Hinduism they still have the majority of the information intact. There are 108 chakras in the body that you can use and manipulate, and in total there are 114 (4 in the body that can't be changed, and 2 outside that are unchangeable). Malas are prayer beads that go back to at least 3,000 BC that have 108 beads, and are used to keep track of how many times a mantra is chanted. You can energetically connect to beings using mantras+yantras=tantras. If you look at catholic rosary beads as well (these only go back about 400 or so years), you'll see there are 54 beads on the neck, and 6 beads (including the main one) down to the cross (54*2=108+6=114). People who use these and meditate on Mary, or Yeshua, or a saint, ect are energetically connecting to those beings as well.
I fall under the category on Chakra traps. As in how westerners created it. One thing after another, great product selling and jewelry etc. I mainly focus on heart, eye and crown. I haven't read to much on esoteric older knowledge. I can see how matrix theory would utilize Chakra for so called traps

If I have any ability at all, it's foreseeing certain events. But apparently only those things that actually end up emotionally affecting me. I often do not know the details ahead of time but it's more like a feeling that something terrible is about to happen to this person, or that group of people. As such, I spend a lot of time thinking and worrying about it, hoping that there's some way to change it, but then it happens anyways. It's almost some kind of mockery. Under normal circumstances I would absolutely not post anything like this online but I feel like a piece of me died recently, when I had received the news that somebody I know was brutally killed. Prior to that I was checking up on him on a daily basis, to see if he's fine. I feel like I failed him... Honestly I don't want to give myself any credit for these things but I wonder if I am responsible for it somehow.
Saw my fiances chakra on her forehead while I tripsat for her during her first DiMiTri trip. I finished the dose off for her and then I saw this purple merkaba on her forhead moving like an 8d tesseract. Except it had many more facets to it than a regular merkaba and It was like crystalline purple and moving in an impossible manner. She saw an entity in her minds eye while blindfolded. And I saw the accompanying eyes plastered over reality itself bc i had my eyes open. Interestingly I could only see the chakra on her forehead thru my phones video lens. Why do you think that is? Still it was so beautiful. The entity she saw matches what's in an artwork online called overclocked cortex by SalviaDroid. The eyes around it match what i saw with my open eyes. I never encountered any entities during any DiMiTri trips I did alone. It was only in the above described session where i had a feeling of unconditional love and support while we both tripped basically, where an entity made itself appear before us.
astral doorway has a meditation on his channel reciting all the mantras for the chakras , ive only been able to do it once bc I was all alone at home & didn’t feel weird ohming & ahing with all my heart lol , but it’s so helpful in ways I can’t describe.
Say/chant ' Om Namah Shivaya ' or ' Om Namo Bhagavate Rudraya ' or "Namo Amituofo" out loud or in your head 108 times, or try to do it 1008 times 🙏🙏😊 try to do it everyday if you want. You should seriously do this, look up mantras if you are interested in doing others (other mantras) and get a mala if you need one
i'm going through dark night of soul. awakening was few years ago. i feel bottom again, i feel i don't belong anywhere, no one can see me or understands me. i'm stuck in survival mode, where i feel least of my worth and my heart grained by emotionally not aligned peoples. i'm lonely. i know i dosen't exist, but i feel so wounded, when it comes to fit in to world for 'survival'. to earn money for food and rent etc. i feel so little joy nowdays. i feel world is rejecting me it's so harsh.

I once said to my teacher that until i had seen a chakra right in front of me, it would remain a spiritual model. She agreed.
Later i experienced solid-form manifest tantra, passing through the physical, including kundalini and open chakras, during my twin flame soul merge.
The same barriers that cause emotional blocks are the ones that maintain physical continuity, trapping us in Newtonian reality, which we need to have, most of the time.
The sacral, in my practice is also fire, hense its colour, connection to the sun ext, as in all tantric ancient practice. I feel if you start working on your sacral with the water element, without understanding you may find things a little extinguishing to ur life force!!. Much love ❤ xxxxxxxxx

I thought I might find answers with this video, but not enough info was given to help me determine if I'm actually looking in the right place. I have experienced what felt like 2 very distictive electrical zaps that happened years apart and in different places on my body. I even heard the sound of the energy zap. Both times it was very sudden and very quick, with only a small amount of discomfort. I was in bed both times. The first happened around 7 years ago when I was lying awake in bed one morning and I felt a zap of electricity in the center of my forehead. I never forgot about it, but also never spoke to anyone about it. I felt the exact thing happen again just a few months ago while sitting up in bed watching tv. This time I felt the same zap of electricity on my tailbone. I have never talked about this nor researched this. I would really like to know what I have experienced. Any help would be appreciated greatly. Thank you!❤

This is great a video, but as a person who can't deal with lots and lots talking, especially around such deep ideas, I would have greatly benefited from more visual aids around your explanation. Quick question, what is the best way to open and have healthy functioning chakras? I’ve been doing shadow work for years and have come so far, yet I still have so many issues with my root, sacral and solar plexus chakras from early childhood trauma. Even though I know I have forgiven and moved on mentally, my chakras remain out of balance or closed, what can I do to help my energy body start to heal and function properly?
Root equals feeling secure/ SUrthrival bottom of maslow... also accept your sacral/sexuality/creativity/ your origins got it... very important... sexuality people really need to listen to what it is saying to them we are taught by society to deny and ignore sex.

Although I have a differing experience with the crown chakra. It was always the first one I have felt energy coming in years ago. The more aware and connected I become the more energy is felt rushing in through the crown as some sort of a liquid feel to it. The sensation is euphoric and it flows down through the crown to other centres. It also happens when I feel that certain individuals is going to call or otherwise contact me because there's a distinct energy coming in through the crown minutes before a phone call actually occurs.
I have never been able to find an explanation to this feeling because I haven't found anyone that would have felt this rush from above to below.

I'd say this is the basics, but there's more to it. In Hinduism they still have the majority of the information intact. There are 108 chakras in the body that you can use and manipulate, and in total there are 114 (4 in the body that can't be changed, and 2 outside that are unchangeable). Malas are prayer beads that go back to at least 3,000 BC that have 108 beads, and are used to keep track of how many times a mantra is chanted. You can energetically connect to beings using mantras+yantras=tantras.
If you look at catholic rosary beads as well (these only go back about 400 or so years), you'll see there are 54 beads on the neck, and 6 beads (including the main one) down to the cross (54*2=108+6=114). People who use these and meditate on Mary, or Yeshua, or a saint, ect are energetically connecting to those beings as well.
I fall under the category on Chakra traps. As in how westerners created it. One thing after another, great product selling and jewelry etc. I mainly focus on heart, eye and crown. I haven't read to much on esoteric older knowledge. I can see how matrix theory would utilize Chakra for so called traps

How do we cleanse, balance, make them work properly.
If I have any ability at all, it's foreseeing certain events. But apparently only those things that actually end up emotionally affecting me. I often do not know the details ahead of time but it's more like a feeling that something terrible is about to happen to this person, or that group of people. As such, I spend a lot of time thinking and worrying about it, hoping that there's some way to change it, but then it happens anyways. It's almost some kind of mockery. Under normal circumstances I would absolutely not post anything like this online but I feel like a piece of me died recently, when I had received the news that somebody I know was brutally killed. Prior to that I was checking up on him on a daily basis, to see if he's fine. I feel like I failed him...
Honestly I don't want to give myself any credit for these things but I wonder if I am responsible for it somehow.

Saw my fiances chakra on her forehead while I tripsat for her during her first DiMiTri trip.
I finished the dose off for her and then I saw this purple merkaba on her forhead moving like an 8d tesseract. Except it had many more facets to it than a regular merkaba and It was like crystalline purple and moving in an impossible manner. She saw an entity in her minds eye while blindfolded. And I saw the accompanying eyes plastered over reality itself bc i had my eyes open.
Interestingly I could only see the chakra on her forehead thru my phones video lens. Why do you think that is? Still it was so beautiful.
The entity she saw matches what's in an artwork online called overclocked cortex by SalviaDroid. The eyes around it match what i saw with my open eyes.
I never encountered any entities during any DiMiTri trips I did alone. It was only in the above described session where i had a feeling of unconditional love and support while we both tripped basically, where an entity made itself appear before us.
astral doorway has a meditation on his channel reciting all the mantras for the chakras , ive only been able to do it once bc I was all alone at home & didn’t feel weird ohming & ahing with all my heart lol , but it’s so helpful in ways I can’t describe.
Say/chant ' Om Namah Shivaya ' or ' Om Namo Bhagavate Rudraya ' or "Namo Amituofo" out loud or in your head 108 times, or try to do it 1008 times 🙏🙏😊 try to do it everyday if you want. You should seriously do this, look up mantras if you are interested in doing others (other mantras) and get a mala if you need one

i'm going through dark night of soul. awakening was few years ago. i feel bottom again, i feel i don't belong anywhere, no one can see me or understands me. i'm stuck in survival mode, where i feel least of my worth and my heart grained by emotionally not aligned peoples. i'm lonely. i know i dosen't exist, but i feel so wounded, when it comes to fit in to world for 'survival'. to earn money for food and rent etc. i feel so little joy nowdays. i feel world is rejecting me it's so harsh.
