In the yogic or spiritual context, reaching Muladhara, associated with the base of the spine, aligns with the concept of energy flow, often described as Kundalini awakening. While these experiences are described differently, the underlying physiological processes, including deep breathing and diaphragmatic movement, form a bridge between the scientific and spiritual perspectives. It's fascinating how diverse traditions can offer varied interpretations of the same fundamental bodily actions.

A couple of years ago, I used to inhale NO2 (nangs) with my friends for fun, and in those trips, at the point right before coming back to consciousness, I remember one thing which always appeared before me, and that was a spinning wheel/circle with thousands of attached elements of which I literally saw myself a part of, and realized the entire vision as being existence itself. According to the Nm-Hz relation (light frequency\sound frequency), the 390-400 Nm violet is related to the 392 Hz G4. If you choose yellow as the color for the first Chakra (as Yoga schools often do), then the most logic sequence is 2Orange 3Red 4Violet 5Azure 6Green 7Yellow one “octave” lighter than the first one, with a much more logical sense of going towards “enlightenment”

@@amarasmith2019 don't go for balancing chakras....it will not yield anything..you have to have a true kriya master in order to do this...if not just follow simple things...take vegetarian meals ,keep them lite..and if possible take the inner engineering course...that will start your journey...
I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else wants to learn about three chakras try Nevolly Chakra Expert Nerd (just google it ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got amazing success with it.

People doesn't believe me when i say i able to access crown chakra because people doesn't believe in others quality because every one think other person is dumb f. But i can say it took me 5 years and only problem is when i access crown chakra my body which is given by god is become numb after i get back to conciousness of my body it feels like frozen water not cold not hot but frozen. even i take care of my body like its not mine and it feels weird to even touch my self feels like i am touching stranger.

Dear Anna... Quite a fantastic job... And the knowledge you share is invincible and important. One thing to highlight is.. Navel Chakra is Manipuraka and the same is Solar Chakra. . have gone to multiple books.... Anhata is Heart Chakra... Not Solar Chakra

hey ,if anyone else wants to discover second chakra try Nevolly Chakra Expert Nerd (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.
Manipuraka is supposed to be between your navel and solar plexus (spot just below the rib cage). Anahata is in your heart center - about 10-15 cm above Manipuraka.

I am so glad to find The Sanskrit channel, oh my God..it's such huge digital library of our scientific knowledge. Great applause to your video presentation. This channel is a great resource to spread out and pass on the advanced ancient knowledge across all the generations in systematic order. Otherwise till date it was like a story tale kind of from senior member of the family..that too..if in case he/she has true knowledge of our Hinduism otherwise it's like half knowledge of taboos and superstitions spread.
