I think he means that when you share it unprompted then it is from ego. If you share your knowledge with someone who has asked you to then you become Guru-Shishya.

Its good but without guidance don't do kundalini yoga its too powerfull that we cant handle or its too dangerous

These chakras should not be activated unless one gets a samarth Guru. And even if he gets one then also it's difficult to keep that energy.
