In Algeria, it is called Halwa Al-Noga. It is a traditional sweet made from egg whites and peanuts. The traditional recipe is with peanuts, and there is another type in it that replaces the egg whites with caramel.🤗🤗🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿😍

Our nougat chocolate here in Germany looks completly different...There you see only the chocolate not nuts or whatever. I love this chocolate but I put it in the fridge before eating same with Nutella. I only love cold chocolate 😎

so... you should have a dish of melted butter.. and cover all surfaces with a trace... prevents stickiness.. and makes ease of handling. and gives an added flavor. losing too much nougat on other surfaces.. it should only stick to itself.. which it will when a slight coating of butter oil covers it.
