@@jadecoolness101 it doesn't flow well, I've seen plenty, worn dresses like it, and I've made dresses before. I knew the gown Lilly James wore was exquisite, and she did it full justice, but I had no idea it was this labor intensive, nor made with such delicate and gorgeous fabrics. I can't even make a simple pillowcase, so can't imagine making this beauty with all of its fragile and expensive fabrics. Excellent job of making the replica!

In top of it your ability to create didactical, enjoyable videos and your generosity by sharing them! T H A N K S B E L L A M A E !
I can almost guarantee you this is WAY better than what they made for the actual movie. This is really amazing -- you took something made for filming and created an actual real-world dress out of it. I can't believe that even the underthings are all embroidered and ready for a close-up examination.
What? The movie dress was made by hand by a whole team under Sandy Perkins supervision. It was a stunning piece of wearable art, just like Bella's dress is as well. No need to insult the original creators' hard work when complimenting this recreation.
@@PoisonTheOgres Usually movie dresses are made with an awareness that they are temporary and don't need to last for years. They're also made to look a certain way on camera. There's always a difference between what's used on film and stage and a real piece of clothing.

Ill never get over how gorgeous this dress is. I rewatch the whole series every few months or so just to see it all come together all over again. This video will make that much more efficient!
It took me until the very very end to realize the dress the girl is recorded dancing in is the dress you made and not the original... And only because I was wondering why you didn't show your version! This is absolutely outstanding!
HOLY MOLY THAT IS ASTONISHING!!! It truly looks like a dress made out of pure magic. It's got such a stunning sparkling and twirling effect! I am beyond impressed that you pulled this off!

Its amazing how magical one gown can be, certainly contributed to how we all fell in love with the movie. You did an excellent job recreating this dress, it's certainly not an easy thing to recreate with all of those layers. But I finally learned what it was that gave this dress the right touch, the Japanese super organza. Thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing this! I learned a lot! I was fortunate enough to be gifted some money from my grandfather who wanted to buy me a custom made wedding gown. This made me appreciate it even more because of all the time and hard work that goes into making it! Been two years since my wedding and I’m just as in love with it as I was the first time seeing it. This gown is so beautiful!! You are so incredibly talented! I admire how patient and detail oriented you and other seamstresses are because you take such care in making creations that stir up emotions and become part of our memories. It looks so beautiful onscreen, it makes me wonder how they were able to edit/cut down the footage of every scene the dress is featured. I think I would've just made the whole movie the ball scene! They sadly went bankrupt 2 months before I was going to order mine. I fell in love with it when I first saw it on Cinderella. I want to wear this dress all day and, play dress up lol.
I think that what makes Cinderella's 2015 dress so perfect is the mesmerising sight of the skirt as it flows with each twirling movement. That's a mark of how magical a dress can actually be when you love watching the skirt. Just like we see here in your dress. The skirt movements are just captivating.
This is beautiful! The skill one needs to do such a beautiful thing! You are amazing! My favorite is the super organza. Like the must gorgeous fabric ever!
God this look so ethereal and fluid when she dances! It looks so good a part of me can't believe its not animated. so beautiful, the real Cinderella wishes this was her ballgown.
This really was beautiful. Blue is usually my least favorite color, but the movement of this dress completely transforms it. The lesson here is that when you want something to eeally look just right, always use natural fibers. I'm really impressed.
THANK YOU FOR DOING CORSETS JUSTICE Hollywood does a lot of things wrong, but a costuming thing that I hate they don’t do well is how they’re a structuring element as opposed to something like tightlacing-they are distinctly different. And the fact that they’ve scared away a number of actresses away from them is very sad.
Your skills are up there with the best of them. Your patience, tenacity & sheer hard work to see this through to the end is unbelievable, considering you did it all yourself from start to finish. To make the same in Australia with the cost of fabrics here, you'd have to sell an expensive car to afford so many of these materials. Dressmaking is such an expensive hobby in Australia.
All the long and winding road to the dream dress reduced to 6 minutes!, you're certainly incredible! I love how you recreated such a complicated ball dress from 0 to 100 % all by yourself. In top of it your ability to create didactical, enjoyable videos and your generosity by sharing them!
T H A N K S B E L L A M A E !
Aww, thanks! It’s my pleasure to share it with you!
@@BellaMaesDesigns How did you find the Japanese supplier?
It’s amazing how she could keep track of all the pieces, this was a monumentous task, well done!!!
わぉ...コスプレって調べたらまさかのシンデレラドレスのレプリカ...しかもこんなにも夢のような色に布の動きが本当に作れるなんて...!素敵な時間をありがとう
I can almost guarantee you this is WAY better than what they made for the actual movie. This is really amazing -- you took something made for filming and created an actual real-world dress out of it. I can't believe that even the underthings are all embroidered and ready for a close-up examination.
What? The movie dress was made by hand by a whole team under Sandy Perkins supervision. It was a stunning piece of wearable art, just like Bella's dress is as well. No need to insult the original creators' hard work when complimenting this recreation.
@@PoisonTheOgres ye you tellem
@@PoisonTheOgres thank you
@@PoisonTheOgres Usually movie dresses are made with an awareness that they are temporary and don't need to last for years. They're also made to look a certain way on camera. There's always a difference between what's used on film and stage and a real piece of clothing.
@@jcortese3300 there’s sometimes a difference. MOST clothes used in filming are bought at the mall.
Your replica is so beautiful! I absolutely love Cinderella's dress! It's everything I ever imagined in a princess dress when I was a child. I love watching the skirts swish around while she's dancing in it! I'm so glad you decided to dance in the dress too! I admire your dedication in recreating this beautiful dress (and also the financial aspect, omg). I hope your dress is displayed in a museum! Amazing!
Ill never get over how gorgeous this dress is. I rewatch the whole series every few months or so just to see it all come together all over again. This video will make that much more efficient!
You should be proud of yourself for making this dress , it melts my heart 🥹🩵
This is absolutely incredible. The detail, the way it moves. Just wow!
It took me until the very very end to realize the dress the girl is recorded dancing in is the dress you made and not the original... And only because I was wondering why you didn't show your version! This is absolutely outstanding!
Stunning amount of labor, talent, and dedication! That gown is glorious!
HOLY MOLY THAT IS ASTONISHING!!!
It truly looks like a dress made out of pure magic. It's got such a stunning sparkling and twirling effect!
I am beyond impressed that you pulled this off!
Truly a labour of love! This dress should be displayed for all to admire xxx
This whole process was mesmerizing - every step & result was riveting!! Your skills are unparalleled and the gown is truly one of a kind. Truth is better than the fairytale version! ❤
that dress is literally one of the most beautiful things ive ever seen. the sparkles. its just breathtaking
This is one of the most beautiful dresses I've ever seen and I'm so happy you recreated it! I hope you manage to find occasions to wear it...or save it for your wedding gown!
Its amazing how magical one gown can be, certainly contributed to how we all fell in love with the movie. You did an excellent job recreating this dress, it's certainly not an easy thing to recreate with all of those layers. But I finally learned what it was that gave this dress the right touch, the Japanese super organza. Thank you!
I have been a seamstress for longer than I would like to admit. I would not have had the patience to create that beautiful dress. You did a beautiful job creating the dress and the video.
Just beautiful! Anyone who sews understands the complexity and diligence of making this gown. So many layers, but a gorgeous gown in the end.
The dress looks like ocean waves. How gorgeous well done 👍
It’s gorgeous and so so close to being identical to the real thing! 👏 this girl absolutely deserves an award ! Especially for the patience required to make such a dress.
The beauty, engineering, and effort put into this dress are breathtaking.
Lilly made you so proud to wear and dance in it. It's so beautiful. You must have had so much patience in designing and making. BEAUTIFUL. 👗
I made a Cinderella Dress for my Hermione Granger doll, and I am going to make a life-size one for myself for Halloween. I’m happy I came across these videos, they will most definitely help me. Thank you so much!! ❤ 😊
The dance is so much more amazing after watching all the work put into one video!
When I saw this in the cinema I was in awe of the dress and how anyone could create it, it looks so amazing, I think even more amazing when you realise how much work went into it, I think it’s the most incredible dress, you should be incredibly proud, it looks the same as the one in the film, I love how when you spin the ruffles underneath just don’t seem to end, it truly does look magical
Absolutely STUNNING, a truly spectacular Cinderella dress and the workmanship( hope you don't take offence at that) that has went into turning this fairytale into reality is a work of art, I hope that wherever this gown goes that it is treated with the respect it deserves and lasts forever. Thank you so very much for showing the time and skill that you put into making this work of art, you have created the one thing that so many little girls imagine that magical dress to look like. Sending crafty hugs, Norah, Glenochil Village, Scotland
Incredible, really so amazing. As a dressmaker I understand and appreciate the hours of work in all these layers to build up to the final gown. Very talented, dedicated, clever and very beautiful. Thanks for sharing this remarkable work
Stunning work! If you don't, or have never worked for Disney, and was able to recreate Cinderella's dress I am extremely impressed. Excellent job because it's gorgeous and right on point.
Gorgeous!! Your interpretation is as equal to the original. I liked the way the skirt moved with every movement of the wearer in the original movie. You have captured the same flow. Loved it!
The results were astonishingly beautiful!!!
This dress is so gorgeous, it’s my dream dress to make honestly 🥺 I’m just so inspired and amazed by your skill! This dress is wonderful
Absolutely amazing. A work of art. A labour of love. Absolutely amazing thank you for sharing.❤
This is an absolutely incredible amount of work, and you have my utmost respect for the patience and perseverance your poured into this dress! ✨👗✨
The final result really shows all the love and dedication that went into the creation of the dress.
Having watched thru the whole series, i was wondering how you were going to get thru the whole dress in just 6 minutes! But well done!! It never gets old, watching how the material flows and sparkles with movement. Lovely!
you did such an amazing job, bella! just watching this is INSANE! you did all that! (6 times haha!)
it came out so beautifully - we're never growing tired of cinderella-videos, okay? never! post as many as you like, here we are, liking and watching them
Hehe, thanks! Sometimes I forget how many times I did this! 😂 Good to know!
haha so lustig 6 Mal ist ja ein toller Kommentar hihi
After over 400 hours of work, the selection of hundreds of yards of various gossamer, diaphanous fabrics, and factoring in your gigantic skill, this gown (WITH hand painted butterflies) is priceless.
Never mind leaving a slipper behind, Cindy. Keep your shoes on and leave the dress!!!!
Utterly beautiful. You sewed a cloud!
An absolute MASTERPIECE. I am reeling from the beauty, the complexity, the craftsmanship - I don't have the words. I applaud your skill and success!!!!!
OMG OMG OMG this is breathtaking 😱 You're a princess AND a Fairy Godmother at the same time! This dress is truly a work of art, you're skill level is insane, and you look so fabulous in it, I just can't. 10 minutes round of applause!
You’ve done an incredible job, Bella. The end result is truly breathtaking! You should feel extremely proud of yourself. What an astounding amount of work you put into this but truly, it was totally worth it. Congratulations on a stellar job. It’s an amazing dress! 🥰
This is the most beautiful dress ever made. The way it moves, the colors, the sparkle - not to mention the astonishing skill that went making it. No words…
Stunning. the work to make it so beautiful. I bet everyone wants a ballgown again for a wedding and proms. Bring back the ballgown and get on the waiting list for this incredible fabric artist
I love this how to make (Cinderella’s Ballgown) I am looking at the video now. Thank you so much for talking in your video. I am a big time Disney lover have been all my life and I’m 70 years old now. I can close my eyes and still see Cinderella dancing with the prince in the dress that she wore, the movement was just like the one that you just made. Your dress is so Beautiful. You are so talented at making and sewing. 🪡🧵 Thank You for posting this!
I love this! 🥰 🐾
This is genuinely the most incredible dress I think I’ve ever seen. Also that floaty material was so cool I’d love to get my hands on it sometime for a project of my own😍
I can't even begin to imagine laying it out, I suspect that if you look at it wrong or breathe too heavily it'll shift!
Just gorgeous 🤗. That dance scene just looked straight out of fantasy 🥰
Of course I see this amazing dress and the original & think - Sleeping Beauty’s ball gown lol
This is aboslutely AMAZING! the movement, the colors, the way light reflects off the dress, the structure WOW
I really love how the dress is sparkling. Its absolutely gorgeous
My grandpa passed away 5 months ago, and I’m so fortunate he was able to see the gown he paid for before passing away. Thank you for sharing!
This made it all look like the process went so smoothly and easily😂 I still can't believe how incredible the result is. It looks so beautiful onscreen, it makes me wonder how they were able to edit/cut down the footage of every scene the dress is featured. I think I would've just made the whole movie the ball scene! The crystals are so striking but my favorite part is how the skirt really dances. It moves so beautifully.
What an amazingly talented young woman. The Cinderella gown is out of this world! 🌟✨🕊🧡
When I first saw this dress in theaters I was immediately in love with it and it has been a dream dress of mine to wear! I can’t imagine all the hard work you did making it and it looks so beautiful and well worth the time and effort! 😍🦋
I cried watching this video. Such care, detail and reverence was shown to this construction and its materials.
That superorganza is the most breathtaking material I have ever come across.
Seeing the finished gown took my breath away ! To make such a gown is a daunting task for a young person such as yourself, and I commend you for this.
that dress is performing itself 😭 such beautiful creation oh my gosh 💗
So worth it! The time and effort you put into this dress was insane. Such an eye for detail. I had no idea fabric could be so complex.
What a beautiful dress you have created. It’s amazing how many layers were required to create the look. Love all the crystal as well. Very well done!
Mad respect for the dedication you have for your profession
Man, imagine having the skill to make your own wedding dress. Geez. The talent is out of this world
This is such a gorgeous dress! I tried sewing basic things with my mum's old Singer from the sixties but I guess I'm not gifted because I didn't really the hang of it so I am in awe of this gorgeous dress.
It was a long journey to make the "Cinderella Ball Gown"💐💐💐 But it is more beautiful than real one😊😊😊 This video is very helpful to understand the steps of the ball gown. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹
I loveeeeee this dress, it is so stunning!!! Before I got married, a bridal shop near my house had a version of it. I was going to buy it in white.
I’m also a seamstress and found this video quite interesting. So much work and detail, and the final result is exquisite. Well done!
This is beautiful! The skill one needs to do such a beautiful thing! You are amazing!
My favorite is the super organza. Like the must gorgeous fabric ever!
$5000 and 400 or more hours……I can’t wait to see the next project. Well done!!!!❤️
God this look so ethereal and fluid when she dances! It looks so good a part of me can't believe its not animated. so beautiful, the real Cinderella wishes this was her ballgown.
Words cannot express how beautiful this piece of fabric art is. Thank you for sharing.
This really was beautiful. Blue is usually my least favorite color, but the movement of this dress completely transforms it. The lesson here is that when you want something to eeally look just right, always use natural fibers. I'm really impressed.
Wow you did a beautiful job on this ball gown. You look amazing in it.
THANK YOU FOR DOING CORSETS JUSTICE
Hollywood does a lot of things wrong, but a costuming thing that I hate they don’t do well is how they’re a structuring element as opposed to something like tightlacing-they are distinctly different. And the fact that they’ve scared away a number of actresses away from them is very sad.
I like this one better than the original. The color, the lightness, the flow. the best princess dress skirt I have ever seen on tv or otherwise...
it's looks magical .you take care of every small details i can see your effort in this dress 😇✨✨👸
We wouldn't get such a range of beautiful fabrics here either. I love sewing my own clothes, but the choice of fabrics are limited, and just so very expensive. Your dress is so very beautiful. I don't know of anyone here with your knowledge & skill. I envy you this.
