    you should not be bridging with neck bent. especially with weight when turning like that. that is a rib pop

      Sorry for the confusion, and thanks for your comment, Jay. This isn’t BJJ, it’s EMA; I created a new style, one curriculum for striking, wrestling, and grappling; basically a belt system for MMA.
