The reason of black screen or preview is unsupported hardware go to playstore and check you see install option for adobe premiere

There are two ways to fix this but not 💯 first of all feedback your black screen issue to company or also tell your device spec's second one is may be very difficult use or try in custom rom because custom rom Unlock many compatibles and over clock hardware but i will try to find out solution 😊

It is not your device issue it is app compatibility issue feedback to adobe on play store also write your device name .
And maybe it work in custom rom because custom roms over clock hardware, But i not recommend you to install a custom rom
