This is a fantastic video! If youre watching this on your phone he's made this video much easier to see and follow along compared to other videos Ive watched. I like the way he placed different functions side by side and slowly built up into more complex formulas. This is well done by a proper teacher!

Please try to be zooming a little bit higher with your videos sometimes it’s difficult to see what you are typing especially when you are typing those formulas and functions. We your humble students needs to be seeing without struggling with our eyes what you are inputting on each cell thank you Sir . Please this is very important because how easy it is for viewers to see what you are typing will encourage more viewers to prefer your channel. I stopped visiting a particular channel on this platform because of how difficult it is to see the screen. Please sir try to adjust on our behalf especially for those with eye defects

Thanks for explaining the IF function. I have used = IF(K8:K1000="","1","0") to audit missing data in (blank) cells, that are in a table. In some columns, the formula works, in others it appears the IF function is not executed, because the formula is displayed in the cells instead of the logical argument. I have the same problem with the following formula for bringing a column into another sheet =IF('Main'!HA2="","",'Main'!HA2). I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks.
Very helpful but if you ever update these videos it would be helpful if you’d go back and “read” the formulas that you create. Part of the difficulty for newbies is looking at the formula and interpreting it without the formula builder. Thanks.

Thank you for your knowledge. How can I create a formula for the following: IF data in cell A1 reads BAW-TCH-TIS, how do I have cell B1 equal cell A1, minus the first 4 letters or numbers? For example cell A1 reads BAW-TCH-TIS. Cell B2 should read TCH-TIS. I have 6,000 rows of data that I must remove the first 3 letters and the dash. Any assistnace would be greatly appreciated.
i could not find they key to add dollar sign to add on both side of the cell id. i pressed f4, shift+4 and many more but could not. can you please help me find if you know?
