I myself find it extraordinarily hard to "rank" The Beatles albums. The Beatles are my all time favorite music act, and every album has some all-time classics. That being said, being that my two favorite songs of all time (regardless of artist) are "Twist And Shout" and "Please Please Me", maybe that means that the "Please Please Me" album would be number one for me? Is that how that works?
Just go with your gut! :) That said, that would be quite a pick for #1 Beatles album, even as a guy who finds himself having unpopular opinions all the time :p.
12- with the Beatles 11 - Hard Days night 10 - The White Album 9 - Magical Mystery tour 8- For Sale 7 - Please Please me 6 - Revolver 5 - Let it Be 4 - Sargant Pepper 3 - Abby Road 2- Help 1- Rubber Soul
My pick the top 10 are white album, 2 abbey road 3 pepper, 4 rubber soul, 5 revolver, 6 help,7 beatles for sale, 8 let it be,9 hard days night ,10 please please me,11 meet the bestles,12 yellow submarine.
It's OK man, I'm not trashing some indie band with fans and exposure in short supply. Plus, 3.5 for Abbey Road meant I heard some good in it or didn't mind listening to it!
Putting Revolver in 6th is criminal in my personal opinion, the entire B side could be considered underrated and the A side absolutely kicks butt, noticeably Taxman. Hell i'd dare to say that For No-One and Got To Get You Into My Life earn it 4 and a half immediately
Honestly, you have taste up your ass. There are two basic Beatles fans - those who preferred their rock music, and the ones who prefer their cutesy pop music. You are clearly in the latter category, preferring the Beatles fluff. To someone like me, who was into their rock music, Magical Mystery Tour and Sgt. Peppers are among the Beatles' WORST albums.
I completely agree talking individual songs (I openly took shots at some of their cutesier songs throughout this vid lol), I just found their full albums more on the rocking side to be pretty uneven sadly.
LOL, so "I saw her standing there" doesn't "have that energy"??! You lost me after that! And it's obviously NOT their "worst" studio album. "Ask me why" or "There's a place" are truly cool songs with interesting harmonies. AHDN is definitely their STRONGEST early album so it ranks right after Rubber Soul. The fact that you don't "get" the White Album says more about you than the album, tbh. MMT is not even an actual ALBUM, it's an EP with some of their greatest hits compiled on side 2! So it's absolutely RIDICULOUS to put that on TOP of the list!! So, the correct order is, with NONE of the albums being "bad", which you forgot to point out: 12) With the Beatles (iconic cover, but apart from "All my loving" there's not really anything great among their own songs, "Money" and "Postman" a killer covers, though) 11) Beatles for sale (the covers are weaker, but some of their own songs are better, especially "No reply") 9) Help (some of their only real "fillers" on here, but it has "Yesterday" and "Ticket to ride") 8) Please please me (started their career with "I saw her standing there" and never looked back, some very interesting songs on here). 7) AHDN (their first album with just their own songs, the strongest early album) 6) MMT (still not even an album, but if you consider it at all side 2 is too good to list it any lower) 5) Rubber Soul (their most fun album) 4) White Album (what can you say, it's their most diverse and personal album, just incredible - as long as you skip Revolution 9). 3) Sgt. Pepper's (no album by any band will EVER have that impact again) 2) Revolver (the strongest song collection) 1) Abbey Road (the albumiest album) You're welcome!!
"So, the correct order is, with NONE of the albums being "bad", which you forgot to point out" I said at the end they never made a bad album. Also a lot of your placements aren't that different to mine TBH we're just differring on smaller points of preference. Let's be real though had I not included 'MMT' people would be asking 'where is it?'
@@ajmusic91 Good for you that you said it at the end - do first things first next time, when people still might be listening. You CAN mention MMT - but you can't put the album where the Fab 4 had the least creative input on the TOP!!!

As a Beatle obessed fan i am hating how much you under appreciate them. The Abbey Road Medley is amazing.

Beatles opinion diversity/spread is very interesting lol. I've upset many fans for many reasons!
I think magical mystery tour should be in number 6
Funny enough, that's where I placed it!
The second half of Abbey Road is a masterpiece to my ears. You might not feel the need to hear it again, but you probably should!
Ah yes, a fellow magical mystery tour truther
Rubber Soul is THE BEST Beatles album. it Mix early beatles with beatles that are to come

Magical Mystery Tour is their nadir. A dreadful album!
