I have lived with OCD for about 28 years. There have been many victories, and more than a few setbacks. Therapy, medication, a good support system, and lots of work have been the keys to living with this disorder. I am impressed by your openness, as I know how hard that can be. I understand your contamination concerns with OCD, I have the same concerns with thrifting, even though I logically know my items are clean. Medication has done wonders for mine. Congratulations on your progress with the gifts!!! 🎉❤
