This area has lots of villa projects and plots of land that you can purchase to build your own villa. With a purchase of land or lot, you can still benefit from the amenities Vista Cana will have for its owners to enjoy, such as is 2 man made beaches, 9 hole 3 par illuminated golf course, sports zone, restaurants, eco trail, business center, shopping center and more. Great information on Vista Cana, Mike! I've watched all videos. It seems Vista Cana is about to get really crowded! Any thoughts how this will pan-out? Traffic, services, restaurants, beach access?
In my opinion, most of the people that will visit Vista Cana will be vacationers. There should be a constant flow of people coming and going. There will be high season and low season, just like with the hospitality business. When a place is empty, it creates a bad vibe and nobody will probably want to go there. When there's a constant flow of people it creates a desire to want to be there and this is great for business. Also, Vista Cana has and will continue to add value to its location by continuously adding amenities. I've visited many different resorts and Airbnb units and I don't think there's a reason to worry about overcrowding. The visitors need variety and choices in lodging and all these different construction projects give them a healthy number of places to try out. Miami, Mexico, LA, NY, these are all heavily populated cities and destinations and I've yet heard anyone complain of overcrowding. Punta Cana is a tourist destination. There were much less people a few years ago and the economy was in distress. It's a booming economy now, thanks in great part to the number of tourists visiting the country, and the economy is quite strong thanks in part again to outside investors. This has helped grow the economy. No need to worry my friend.
