Hi there. It has been SOLD. It had 3 bedrooms with their own private bathroom on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor was a bedroom with its own private bathroom as well. There may be a chance to have another built if the developer has a lot to build it on in the same vicinity as the previous one that was sold. Is this something you would entertain? In regards to price, I know they went up but I would have to verify the latest price. Again, this is if the developer has another lot to build on. Let me know and I'll move forward. No han comenzado todavía. Cuando me pasan los proyectos y veo las fechas de entrega siempre menciono que son fechas estimadas. Es raro ver una construcción que entrega en la fecha que dicen. Si no es por tormentas, materiales que no llegan a tiempo, o no hay suficiente trabajadores, son factores que pueden y que afectan las fechas de entrega. Otras constructoras simplemente no cumplen con lo ofrecido. Pero no por eso se debe subestimar un proyecto. Estos son los diferentes escenarios que pueden afectar las obras y fechas de entregas. Macao Hills de la compañía Avalon son una compañía respetable y ellos cumplirán con su obra pero las fechas de entregas puede que sean más allá de lo ofrecido.

Tourists lose out on the experience if they come and find only American brand restaurants or fancy gourmet restaurants that are way overpriced, and the food isn't all that.

Hace apenas 5 años atrás eso estaba vacío en comparación con lo que se está haciendo en este momento. Lo fascinante de esto es que cada proyecto tiene su estilo que los distingue. Y al momento de invertir hay que preguntarse si prefiere estar cerca de él movimiento de mucha gente, o prefiere alejarse un poco para no tener que oír ni ver las masas de personas que visitan al Coco Bongo o el centro gastronómico de ahí. También sería bueno comparar las opciones que ofrece cada uno. Es una tarea que requiere tiempo y paciencia. Al final, todos están compartiendo el mismo territorio con las conveniencias de tener los centros comerciales cerca.

Can you elaborate on a good location? They would all be in Vista Cana, so the location is already a home run. But inside Vista Cana, it's all about preference. Would you like to be close to the 1st beach or the 2nd? Or maybe you prefer it to be away from the amenities?

@glennadams6398 Paseo Isleño is an excellent choice that is close but not directly in front of the 1st beach. Bellaria is another one that is a bit closer to the 1st beach, walking distance, but not too close where it will annoy you. It's next corner from Paseo Isleño. Then you can go into Paseo Del Sendero, which is a private residential area with other homes that would require you to go through a second security guard station to gain access. All of the choices are excellent. You can go through my videos via my RUclips channel to get more in-depth information on these choices. Things to consider are style, size, and budget.

It is to my understanding that yes, you can pay to have your horse housed in one of the stables in Sabana.

Someone has to do it. Right?😂. Might as well be me! As an investor, I know how important visual is, especially when you buy pre-construction. Follow up is not a strong point here in the DR, but as an American, I do understand and am willing to fill in the void. Thank you for your support!🙏
