UPDATE 2024 Downtown Punta Cana and City Place Luxury Condos & Shops

The whole Downtown Punta Cana area is not what it was back when I started investing in 2019. It is a different area due to the enormous growth in building and businesses that have made this area their base. The number of tourists arriving to the Punta Cana area is record breaking and show no signs of slowing down. This has created a demand and an opportunity for developers to gravitate to the area and build condos and other sorts of businesses to be able to entice and attract investors. I appreciate your strong support🫶👍💫 I would love to see a nicer and more modern place where they sell typical Dominican food and the vibe is 100% Dominican. Tourists lose out on the experience if they come and find only American brand restaurants or fancy gourmet restaurants that are way overpriced, and the food isn't all that.

También veo tus videos aéreos del avance de Vista Cana donde estamos ya invertidos, gran trabajo el que realizas! Que piensas del desarrollo de Downtown?. Hay muchos proyectos como City Place, otros de Bluewave como Ansaya etc. Aún es pronto para saber qué zona tendrá más potencial pero cada proyecto juega sus bazas. Algunos a pie de Coco Bongo y otros como este con un Boulevard Turístico de tiendas. Gracias

Buenos dias. Primeramente muchas gracias por su apoyo continuo🙏. El area de Dowtown está en un crecimiento continuo. Hace apenas 5 años atrás eso estaba vacío en comparación con lo que se está haciendo en este momento. Lo fascinante de esto es que cada proyecto tiene su estilo que los distingue. Y al momento de invertir hay que preguntarse si prefiere estar cerca de él movimiento de mucha gente, o prefiere alejarse un poco para no tener que oír ni ver las masas de personas que visitan al Coco Bongo o el centro gastronómico de ahí. También sería bueno comparar las opciones que ofrece cada uno. Es una tarea que requiere tiempo y paciencia. Al final, todos están compartiendo el mismo territorio con las conveniencias de tener los centros comerciales cerca.
