Boy - that looked way harder to surf and shoot footage from the water than Mavericks! We'd make jokes onboard the Deeper Blue when we were shooting Mavs in the early days that we could be sipping Mimosa's while we were filming as the barrels would blow clouds of spit on us.
@Oldreliable303 Justin... The Dungeons area is Extremely Beautiful but Dangerous.... When the Professional Surfers surf there... They have Special life jackets on with their Wetsuits... Also at all times there are lifeguards on Jetskies should the Guys get into trouble... 💫🌟❤🌟💫 I personally knowing that area...... Wouldn't suggest trying to learn to Surf there....... 💫🌟❤🌟💫 There are other Beautiful Area's around there... safer to learn to Surf in.... 💫🌟❤🌟💫 Happy Learning to Surf in a Safe Zone.....
@@itsnotmeitsyou2 Thanks. I learn something new every day. The previous expert I talked to told me you need a long board to paddle catch a big wave. And those long boards does not turn on a snoek.

@@Marlene-Ferreira yeah but the little waves are lame...
There is so little chance of death there almost no point...
Please share footage of your deadly surf sessions @@oldreliable303
Dudes fully shoulder-hopping,riding boards that are too big for the actual wave.Great stuff
That is the compromise when you need to paddle into an unforgiving wave. And the water is 20 below freezing.
@@Deontjie kak,it's not 20 below bru I come from Kom.Big flat waves do need big fat boards ya.

Brutal
Shot!
Fabulous, shame about the music drowning out the natural world [watched on mute].
Tops
Softest big wave I’ve seen, and those boards don’t fit the shape of that wave.
