The interview can make or break an applicant's chance to realize his/her dream job, thus it is vital that preparation be made before the big day - day of interview. In this video, I am sharing 5 practical tips to prepare our cabin crew aspirants for their interview.
HI! I am Leonides "Nides" V. Peña. I was a cabin crew for 27 years. I joined the airline in 1987 and have enjoyed a life of serving people since. I was promoted to Cabin Services Manager in 2014 and became the Asst. Vice President/Director of Inflight Services & Training Department in 2015. One of my tasks as the head of the department is to interview applicants for FA position. It breaks my heart whenever an applicant fails the hiring process, especially when the aspirant has potential but was not "prepared" or ill advised on the "do's and don'ts" of cabin crew application.
I hope I can somehow level the playing field by mentoring aspirants, especially those who I sense are cut out for the job, but need some "fine tuning".
In this channel, I aim to mentor FA aspirants so they can achieve their dream. Guide them so they can have a fulfilling career in the airline - spiritually, physically, emotionally and financially.
For me, being a cabin crew is a noble and fulfilling job. I actually consider it as one of the best jobs in the world. And if I will be given a second chance to live my life over, I will still choose to be a cabin crew.

Hi Koko Letts! We have a program wherein our senior PALexpress cabin crew are invited to join PAL. This way, PALexpress crew will have a chance to fly to international destinations.
@@CabinCrewLife pero wala na po bang chance na mag direct hiring ng cabin crew ang main PAL or tumanggap sila ng mga new applicants po sir? like open day?
@@CabinCrewLife and about po sa program nyo sir pwede po mga hindi senior cabin crew ng PALex mag apply sa main PAL? if pwede po may required ba na minimum working days/months/years tsaka ka na allowed mag apply orlumipat ng main PAL po? hehe sana po masagot kahit marami po akong questions i just want to have a clear answer spcially from you po sir. salamat sa sagot hehe
@@chansaison5583 we prefer that our crew fly with PALexpress first for 2 years but in case they are already accepted by PAL even if they haven't reached the 2 years flying experience, we will allow them to transfer to PAL. I hope this answers your question.
PAL may still do direct hiring if they need to have cabin crew ASAP.
