This is just so sad. Seniority is only applicable to asian countries like dito satin sa pinas. I was also an international f.a in another country's flag carrier. Wala man seniority. as long as you know how to show respect and have some good working ethics okay naman working environment. seniority usually add some stress sa working environment. (nothing against to you Ms.Herlie) thanks for sharing your knowledge :)
i agree so much, this is a total culture shock..as a filipino born and raised in a different country, listening to the unwritten rules makes me sad on how junior colleagues should act in a certain way. I wish there was a fair treatment to every colleague.
this is enlightening.. I guess this is also necessary to be watched by aspirants as they dream of becoming flight attendants especially if they want to be working for PAL.. a good take at what are situations that are encountered in reality.. para naman hindi lang puro dream😅 tayo na maging FA.. so we can balance things out before actually desiring to be one then quit after experiencing all the hardships ahehe just my 2 cents.. thank you for sharing this sis.. this is so helpful
