Fascinating video, Let's stop taking relationship and family for granted. I have battled depression since my wife left me. I have tried all I can to make her see that I love her with everything I am made of but she has insisted on leaving. This has made me so empty, and I do not know what to do. I can barely function properly at work. I am frustrated and miserable. I really miss her.

Your pain resonates with me. Letting go of someone dear to your heart is an immense challenge. I found myself in a comparable situation when my 12-year-long relationship ended, and I struggled to accept it. Despite my efforts to reconcile, I eventually turned to a spiritual counsellor for guidance, which eventually led to a reunion. I'm now filled with joy

I'm deeply sorry to hear that you're facing such a difficult period... Depression can be an immense burden impacting every aspect of life... Taking care of yourself is crucial during such times. I've personally struggled with depression and found solace and strength through various means.
Faith played a significant role in my journey, particularly in the scriptures like the book of Psalms, which provided comfort and hope during my darkest moments. While I understand that it may not magically solve the problem, I cannot overstate how much it helped me, and I sincerely recommend exploring it for yourself.
And remember that reaching out for support is a courageous step towards healing. If you ever feel like talking or just need someone to listen, I'm here for you. Take care, and remember that you're not alone in this journey. Wishing you strength and peace during this challenging time, brother.

Absolutely Best Video Ever because we ALL WORRY and right now I’m Stuck and wasting time trying to figure out (@ 64 years old ) what occupation I want to dive into… I suck at learning the computer or basically anything plugged into a wall. I loved my past job of selling , updating and visiting my clients … in person… But now everything is done through the damn computer. Yes I can do zoom But it’s not as effective as in person , looking the person in their eyes and knowing if you really are understanding their needs… I have no idea what I want to do at this great stage in my life. I have my kids , I’m GoGo the grandma, I’m a positive energetic person and I’m literally stuck with what I want to Be when I Grow Up!!!!!

I became sick, diagnosed with POTS. I lost my job because of it. I can't stop worrying constantly.... About symptoms, about getting better, about our financial situation, about being happy, finding purpose in my life and being able to enjoy things again.... I don't know how to stop. I cry, I worry, I feel nervous and none of this is helping me but I don't know what to do or how to cope with an illness. I went from full time job, full time Mom, working out and just being a normal person to feeling bad all the time and not functioning normal in the world. Absolute worst time of my life.

I raised my two nephews and I worked my ass off raising them, was exhausted all the time. My son was a massive support and helped in all matters, BUt he always wanted me to do more....yep .. more for them. Now this is above and beyond type of stuff, i would listen and appreciate what he was saying then I would let him know that I was doing the very best I could and had nothing more to give. I also explained that what I was giving was good enough, and the boys were fine. It was heartwarming to see my son care but I was honest and let him know there is only so much I can do and It will be enough. They are all grown up and all are doing great.

There is this song, Jessie by Joshua Kadison: Jessie paint your pictures
    About how it's gonna be
By now I should know better
    Your dreams are never free
But tell me all about our little trailer by the sea
Oh Jessie you can always sell any dream to me
Oh Jessie you can always sell any dream to me
Then in one part the verse goes: Jessie how do you always seem to know just when to call...
Mel - how do you always know just what i need on days magically when I need it.
I had 3 interviews for the same job for the panel interviews and this made me think what if yes what if it works out what if I get my miracle. Because I need a miracle I need something to work out but I am so afraid of hoping and dreaming that I made myself exhausted with anxiety.
Thank you Mel. I love you too. So though I cant make you hear me sing this song to you - as i would voice note a friend I can just sing it in my heart to you. thank you Mel for always having the right words when I need them.
