    Sorry for being so detailed but I am kind of person who appreciate the small details in 3:33 you said show your back pocket during a jab but how the foot moves does it twist? Is there any drill to make the hips moving correctly? Thanks
    I am instructing some students in striking in my uni I am not that expert but because I have little bit more knowledge

      No, it doesn't always twist. The foot should be less than 45 degree but not straight when throwing the jab. Some coaches teach to keep the foot straight. I wasn't taught like that but in some cases, I found it okay and comfortable. Usually I plant the ball of my foot and anchor myself while getting the snap and rotation from my hips and shoulder.       Practice your technique first. Concentrate on drilling this. Get comfortable doing it. Then see what it looks like.
