My pole isn't an xpole. haven't put it up as just dont know where to start plus my floor is concrete I'm not sure weather I could install on concrete floor do I need a certain drill I'd love to be able to finally get it up its been in my cupboard for weeks any advice it's not xpole different to this video pole. Advice tips welcomed thnx
x pole doesn't need any permanent screws or joints to the floor or ceiling, so it really depends what type of pole you have. if its similar to the x pole then you should be fine to do it on concrete floor
Hello, It says that if the red horizontal lign is exposed it means that the ajuster is over expanded and that I need another extension. I saw that yours is exposed too (red lign). But According to the instruction manual, it is supposed to fit my ceiling with à 125mm extension... i don’t get it. Is it safe even the red lign shows ? Thx for your help

What if the included extensions are too long and tooshort for your ceiling? ):
xpole sells different sized extensions, there's a chart that tells you which one you'd need, or you can just call them and they'll tell you.

How did you check your ceiling that it was safe??
she probably has a concrete ceiling
knock on it, if it sounds hollow don't install it there. Either do it on full concrete ceilings or where the beams are in the ceiling
Or use a stud finder and put it on the beams
