SR Merchant Navy Class 35028 Clan Line 50th anniversary tour 27/04/2024

hey everyone!
here is my footage of 35028 Clan Line. Sorry about some poor quality shots. For some reason, my phone camera didn't seem to want to play ball in some parts 🤦🏼‍♀️
getting to go into her cab was an honour, the footplate crew were wonderful, too!
then seeing her speed through my town was the icing on the cake! 😍
was lovely to finally meet this engine, absolutely beautiful girl she is.

Lovely clip! I would’ve gone to see it, however i was actually on my first railtour! The bath glouscter steam express. Would’ve been nice to see clan line, but oh well. Some great videos either way!

Great... no diesel.
I had a dvd with old video footage featuring this loco hauling a rake of Pullmans and the back up diesel was painted in the same livery as the coaches, so it wasn't "in your face" obvious.
Love the choccie and creams❤.
