- This 10 min legs workout will strengthen your legs from the top to the bottom. You will have strong and slim legs and toned butt. how to have slim and lean legs. No equipment necessary and you can do that easily at home. 30 sec per each exercise with a 30 sec rest in the middle of the workout. If you need more breaks, take them! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time. We start with stand up exercises and we finish on the mat. You have just to follow me and have fun! Wish you a great training guys, and remember to do a warm up at the beginning and some stretching at the end.

@@TheFashionJogger Ciao, LISA!!! Well, as promised, here you go.... long story short: This workout ROCKS!!! I did about 40 minutes on the bike (inside), then 30 minutes on the treadmill (easy pace) right before doing this leg workout and, folks, WATCH OUT!!! It hits the quads right away and never lets up!! Ouch!! Lisa, you nailed this one, and I'll be doing it again and again, to be sure. Nicely done. WOW..... My goodness... I'm going to be sore tomorrow!!!! My respect level for your fitness went through the roof today. :)

Marco Tatti ciao Marco, si è meglio che alterni le zone che vuoi allenare. Per esempio se oggi hai fatto gambe, domani prova il workout per le braccia e dopodomani addominali e così via 💪😊
