Whether you're wasting your life or not is entirely a matter of perspective.
Of course there's no objective meaning in live and if you're feeling like you're wasting your time, then you are!
But if you're doing things, believing in them and enjoying them, then it's a live well lived, as simple as that.
I know it sounds cheesy and has been said a million times already, but if you cherish small things like eating good food, going out or reading a book, things will really be much better.

I was hopitizated for depression mutiple times. Now I'm on psychiatric medications and still live at home with my mom. I dropped out of college because I couldn't afford it with a degree that was considered a worthless degree. I lost all my drive and motivation so your not alone. You could be doing worse like me. Now I have a guy who is constantly addicted to video games and I'm thinking of breaking up with him. I have no family or a good stable career to show for it. Just tell yourself it could be worse. It’s never too late man. You need to have ambition, that is what drives me. I’m getting close to my late 20’s now and I am still getting my stuff together. I am not married yet, but I have earned a college degree, and I am currently in the military. Most of my friends from college are now working great jobs and making much money, but I am still setting my life up. I realized that no matter the age, that is okay. I am 26 and 32 still seems pretty young. That is more than enough time to get a degree, a good job, and build a family. Anyone who feels that they wasted years of their life needs to realize that there is still an opportunity to build your life up. Some people don’t get their big break until they are in their 40’s. The best thing to do is to realize that you can’t waste anymore time and to have a goal to work towards. For me, video games also helped me. I always saw the main character in the games and thought how I could be like them and be the main character of my story. Like I said I am still building it up, but it is never to late to start that. Take the Matrix for example, Neo was 37 when he first entered it, and he didn’t have a wife or kids and worked a boring office job before that. It’s never too late.

I'm 32 half Asian just like you and I decided to work in an oil changing station. I love Japanese cars (sometimes italian) and I'm sure you know the ドリフト scene on the streets at night. 1 year in I now am doing tune ups, brakes and courtesy rides for customers. It makes me money and honestly it's made a man out of me. I too have utterly wasted my 20's and hence! I've stumbled onto your video. If I can do it you can do it. Get into a Judo club that's where my self discipline all started. You can do it just try it I swear on my life 頑張って

I think most people reflect and think on how they didn't live up to their own expectations. To me, you traveled, got married, learned Japanese, developed a RUclips channel and learned about videotaping etc, learned about Visas, dealt with your dad's death, divorced, learned about yourself, grew in your nutrition knowledge, learned about marketing your My Only Fans, and learned how to invest. Your marketable skills: art/computer graphics skills, language, marketing/sales, technical computer skills, ability to travel. You could be your own boss and set your own hours and not be an ant but make a company where you can consult with others (perhaps Japanese people) who want to be a RUclipsr or develop their My Only Fans page or advice on investing, marketing or technical stuff like video editing. Or, you might join Metaverse and live in there.

Maybe, you could do something fairly easy, that also gave your life a level of purpose..? Food banks, soup kitchens, charity shops are always looking for volunteers, it doesn't take any study to get into, and it would probably be quite fulfilling to know you are helping a community.

idk why you think you " waste " your 20's, there is no such thing as " waste " your 20's, 30's or 40's..there are a lot of people that didn't even make it to 30 or gone to prison on their 20's for 30 years and more and here you are saying that you waste it.

I am 26 and I was very smart , creative and active when I was like 13 to 17 years old , I was such a happy driven soul , then the depression came and I gave up on everything till this day , I just kept studying to stay living with my parents , just keep doing something at least and it's going to university , this year is my last and I hate to face the reality with a depressed exhausted soul , but I realized that this is very bad abd wrong abd needs to change , I can't lose more time since I already did , I have no skills/career .. and I haven't even enjoying life in the time I wasted , I hist started to get mentally abd physically ill
It really hurts when you had and still have time that most people don't , but your brain was/is dead along with the soul .. it doesn't matter if people are 17 or 39 or 51 .. years old , people would be either happy or sad and sometimes for just how they spent their time not how much they make

Also everyone is fulfilled by different things, therefore success is different for everyone. Some people live off grid and sell wood/crops, some people live in 50 story apartment buildings, some people have 75 cats, etc. ALL of them feel happy and successful. There’s no right way to life. & Happiness doesn’t pay bills but it’ll bring you peace when you’re old. You’ll know you did what you wanted to do! Bills will always be there. Life is bigger than that.

If you're going to drink, drink in moderation(always) honestly tho I'd recommend not drinking at all, don't chase women instead develop and build your life. Have fun but also have a goal. Most importantly, don't let a wom*n ruin you mentally.

Humans have created societal norms that we all live by. There’s also the competitive social media beast that controls everything. It’s hard to live life not comparing yourself to other people. Ultimately you have to think of it as you’re running your own race. One day you may develop your own game, etc. and become successful financially, then you will say “I wouldn’t change a thing about my past. Everything happens for a reason.”. Just give it time. You’ll figure it out, and you’ve already had luck with RUclips. Don’t downplay your success either. Good luck.
