Instant Pot Mashed Potato’s

Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes
5 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 in chunks
3 Tbsp butter
1/3 c milk
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Place steamer basket into IP insert. Add 1 cup of water to the pot. Place potatoes into the steamer basket. Lock lid, turn valve to sealing, cook on manual for 7 minutes. Do a 10 minute NPR. Transfer the potatoes to a mixing bowl and add butter, milk and spices. Mash it all up and enjoy!
