They should have removed Drain Life Cell and given Semi-Perfect Cell the Galick Gun since he used that against Super Vegeta. And a rush attack for Super Perfect Cell should have been the one he used against Super Vegeta when Vegeta got slapped into the ground and almost killed by a ki blast when he tried to avenge Trunks. According to the DB Wiki it is called "Time to Die" and for Imperfect Cell he should have "See Ya!" to replace Special Beam Cannon or have Drain Life Cell as the normal rush attack and "See Ya!"as the ultimate for that form.

The rush has that bitch slap that was used on Vegeta to knock him out. Everything else is regular perfect cell but I believe it was given to super perfect cell since the only thing he did aside from beaming trunks and bitch slapping Vegeta is do a Kamehameha clash with Gohan the whole Episode
