There IS one thing I feel you overlooked with Ginyu, though. Having him do his taunt in the bodies he switches with is possibly the funniest thing in the whole game.

It is called Milky Cannon in the games made by Dimps (the Budokai series and Burst Limit). BT3 was made by Spike. Ginyu had no named attacks other than Body Change in canon. The rest of his attacks' names are made up by the developpers of the game. Different developpers, different attack names.
I pretty much agree with everything you said concerning their moves. Especially with Guldo not beeing able to freeze time and Jeice and Burter not pulling of the Purple Comet Crush from the Show. And with one of their moves looking familiar to one of the fusing moves. Fist time I saw that I had to go back and stop at that exact second. It does look diffrent but in similar enough to be mistaken at first. You're dooing a nice job with commenting on all the moves by the way =D
+Omega2040 Getting weaker makes a lot of sense! remember when he tried to change goku body and his power level was like around 20k! so yes it makes sense... as for no supers, that one I can agree with you
i prefer burter's version of the purple comet attack.its exactly the same tag move they used on goku jus mean goku was doging them.now as for ginyu,the perfect way to do his ultimate wud be to switch with the person he's fight then and there.but the person he switches with shudd lose a set of life or the life's jus steadily decrease as ginyu hit himself.an lastly he keeps his voice and all of his moves mainy his supers too......
i think the body switch/change should be more like super buu's absorption from budokai 2 you can gain and lose stats randomly and use both your attacks and the switched person's attacks
@cubbison9 Yes, I know. I have the wii version. Guldo can't freeze time there either. Guldo CAN freeze time in Raging Blast, and the 360 controller has a B button, so the 360 version of Raging Blast is the only way for that user to have been correct.

if I would make Ginyu's ultimate, I would let the player have an option of what character to switch into in the game, unless it is a single match, then he would just switch into the opponent, and then he would perform the ultimate of the body he switched with. that would be my Ginyu

I miss the days when Ginyu shouted MILKY CANNON! That made me want to play Ginyu more.
Thankfully, Milky Cannon is back for Xenoverse. One of the custom voices, hilariously enough, announces it as Cream Cannon. XP
I was so glad when I found that out actually. Even if Ginyu himself doesn't say it, I do it for him to cement my fond memories.
