Thank you for this information. I just purchased the chocolate flavored one. Looking forward to adding it to my coffee.

I haven’t tried that one yet. Let me know what you think about chocolate?

I have been taking collagen (not this one, another brand that is from Australia and the animals are outside year round and grass-fed) for decades, for my hair not knowing if it is worth it. Last year I fell on a gel halloween candy and needed a partial hip replacement. The surgeon said he had to look twice at my age (76) on the paperwork because my bones were those of a 50 year old not a 76 year old. Maybe my gray hair could have been a hint. I remember taking a bone density test and the results were not great, not horrible. I do believe my bone density to have increased in those 25 years due to the collagen I take. I highly recommend taking collagen even if you do not notice a difference in how you feel.

Thanks for watching and I'm glad you are healing from the fall. Interesting that your bones were more like a 50 year old but your bone density results were kinda just ok. I know Vitamin D is really good for bone density and most of us are deficient in that. Double check with your Dr. to see how your Vitamin D level is. I did do a RUclips Short on it and it has a link to a good article about Vitamin D. ruclips.net/user/shortsPeTZ7I0I9Tw

Nicole, thanks for watching. I only do follow ups if I have at least 10K views on the original video. But I can tell you this. I used it for about three months and didn’t notice any difference with my skin 🤷

Whenever I would try collagen powders in my coffee I didn't like the taste at all. Is there another way to get this collagen into the diet? Do the collagen supplements work as good as the powder?

I put it in my protein shakes.

Just wanted to know if this is an obvious coconut flavor or subtle. I really don't like coconut, thanks

It’s not super strong, but strong enough. If you don’t like coconut, you might want to stay away from it.

I'm not sure the added expense of getting this NSF certified for sport is worth it to the company, or anyone, since this product doesn't contain any questionable ingredients. I'm sure this wouldn't pose a problem for anyone competing.

I understand there is an added expense. But if you are a competitor, you’d like to know for sure if it’s clean. Thanks for watching!
