Question, I drink 2 servings of coffee when I do drink coffee. Am I limited to just one scoop of Collagen per day? Or can I scoop another into my second cup of coffee?

I vote for Vanilla. Yeah i tend to dilute stuff too much too. It calls for 8 oz and I am adding 16 to 24.

I just got my perfect keto order to day with the collagen, yeah with just water but i did add some chocolate proten power as well was not bad but agree be better in something going to get some almond milk tomorrow. I dont drink coffee
I find that it kind of bloats me,I just started drinking this ,will the bloating subside after I’ve taken it for awhile?
I just got Collagen from Preferred Elements Keyto collagen (not a typo) with good ingredients as well. I use collagen several times a week, it seems to help my joints a lot. I decided to order it because it was a good deal and referred by Aaron on A.D. Keto.
I have used this kind, too and I really like it. My husband (a non-keto, coffee-hating, Swiss Miss drinker) will even drink in blended into a cup of coffee for a pick-me-up.
I haven't tried that one yet. We just started dabbling into the collagen. We'll have to try that one. We only buy our collagen and MCT powders when there is a good deal. Perfect keto runs sales on a pretty regular basis.
