All wanton violence committees against a person from that invaded country, all destruction of that property not commanded by the officer, all robbery, all pillage and sacking, even after taking a place by main force, all rape, maiming, wounding, or killing of such inhabitants, are prohibited under the penalty is death, or such other severe punishment as may seem adequate for the gravity of the offense. A soldier officer, or private, in the act of committing such violence, and disobeying a superior ordering him/her to abstain from it, maybe lawfully killed on the spot by the superior. All captures and booty belong to according to the modern law of war, primarily to the government of the captor. Prize money whether on sea or land, now can only be claimed under local law. Neither the officer or soldier are allowed to make use of their position or power in the hostile country for private gain, not even for commercial transaction otherwise legitimate. Offenses to the contrary committed by commissioned officer will be punished with cashiering or other punishment or the nature of the offense may require, if soldiers, they shall be punished according to the nature of the offense.

Ad bellum, basically is used to justify warfare and if that is not justified under these rules, specifically, it says you cannot arbitrarily take over another country you have to do it because there is an unresolved dispute, that is the only way that you can have a JUST WAR. All wanton violence committees, against a person from that invaded country, all destruction of that property not commanded by the officer, all robbery, all pillage and sacking, even after taking a place by main force, all rape, maiming, wounding, or killing of such inhabitants, are prohibited under the penalty is death, or such other severe punishment as may seem adequate for the gravity of the offense. People who minimize the harmful effects of their abusive behavior deny anyone was hurt or inconveniences.
Instead, they try to make their behaviors seem less serious by focusing on the negative behaviors they pretend they did not do.
They fool themselves into thinking their abusive behaviors are acceptable.
Thoughts that minimize the consequences of abusive behavior are high risk because they tell a person the behavior isn't bad.
If a person thinks a behavior isn't harmful or irresponsible, he or she would not hesitate to do it.
Thoughts of entitlement are high risk because if you believe you deserve something you don't get, you are more likely to violate the rights of others.
For example, you may get angry if others don't give you what you want when you want it.
When you tell yourself that you are entitled to something, ask yourself, "Why?" Does what you think you deserve infringe on the rights of others.
Once you've check the facts and you're beliefs, the end result is positive feelings and behaviors which may lead to desired consequences, for you and those who you. care about.
In addition for another example, to that belief that a spouse or partner will be unfaithful, you may feel jealous of the time you're spouse spends time with her parent because you fear they say bad things about you.
You can be jealous of the time you're partner spends time at work with family, children, friends, etc.
You can learn to deal with you're jealous thoughts by using using the skills of taking a time out for instances, disputing and thought stopping.
You will likely experience negative consequences regardless of you are "right" or "wrong"
As with jealousy, research suggest that being overly dependent is rooted in a fear of loss.
And as we learn when we explore jealous thoughts and feelings, fear can be expressed as anger.
And when you set goals for yourself, make them specific as you can.
Also keep in mind that whether or not you achieve you're goals will hinge on you're own actions or behavior.
Regardless of how often you feel angry, the key is identifying the emotion and redirecting it before it gets out of control. Just dropping off unc lol
