They said that you can unlock a missed ltm or battle pass weapon through the armory system (after the current season is over iirc) by doing the XP challenge, but the SMG here is a community event reward so everyone should be able to get one after reaching the goal.
The fire rate for this gun is incorrect. When I looked this gun up, it says that it fires at about 1200 rpm. It's mind-boggling how these devs sometimes get a certain gun's rate of fire incorrect. Literally, it's not that hard. Just do research on the gun further.
