Thanks for the ongoing info. Only 4 months in for me but liking the results and lifestyle. Thanks for the encouragement that this can be done long term. Will keep watching and next year when you’re celebrating year 4 hopefully I’ll be able to say I’ve completed my year 1. 😁. Plus we all understand moderation and tweaking your plan as needed as our needs change over time. You’re still preaching success.
I'm just starting as I had to develop a lot of other habits first. Slim fast and Atkins makes small sugar free snacks. I never bring sweets home. I eat dessert out...when its gone...its gone. You should go by true hunger and fullness.
Did omad before lost weight . Then I got off it and regained the weight. Now I'm back on it and I don't plan to stop until I can maintain the weight better
when I returned to omad when I relapsed into eating all day /everyday during covid lockdown (and I was not even locked down. I am a nurse but I still just threw out what kept me in maintenance it didn't work as well for me. But that tip about weight loss phase- keeping it to one plate a day. That may have helped me out. When i first did omad, i remember losing over 10 lbs in a month and it was so motivating. When I returned to omad, the weight loss was much slower and it was just harder for me to do the 2nd go round. I think in part because i didn't see that quick drop on the scale and it just played with my head. I wish I had did one plate for my omad. I think that may have made a difference. What I did was returned to omad but ate what I did on maintenance. Now i know why the weight loss was slower. Good thing though, I wasn't gaining, just wasn't losing alot either. Great tips!
I really value the tips of the Omad Veterans 3years plus/ non Keto; You guys are the most balanced level headed, informative, its only a handful of you though.. Omad dad,Ameila, Omad Revo, 6miles till Supr...Does anyone know of any othr long term Omad'ers NON KETO?
First you should understand that it’ll take a little time to get past the habitual eating and snacking. But remember to rely on your zero calorie beverages to help you through (water, black coffee, black tea, zero calorie diet soda). Chewing ice cubes can help. Going for a walk or otherwise keeping yourself busy can help too. After a while you’ll get into a nice smooth pattern. Thanks for watching.
The damn wipers 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oh I know I could kick myself for not catching it sooner lol.

@@omaddad1525 thanks you are so nice!
Thumbs down on coffee though! Hahaha
did you work out on OMAD?
Mostly walking with an occasional jog
Did you start running after you lost the weight in that 8-9 months or during your losing phase?
Once I lost enough to be more mobile I added walking. Then after more weight loss I added the jogging
