Hi Dr., my SCM muscle is tight and painful at the moment, I’m afraid it may hit a vein because my left hand if feeling weak and everytime I walk, I feel like I’m losing balance but I can still manage to walk properly. Please help. I’ve been to many doctors but I hate taking muscle relaxants.
Thank you for explaining this. One thing I would like to add here. My head forward position gives me the sternum pain and sternoclavicular pain and also left chest pain which runs throughout the whole day. I don't know wether it's only with me but I don't have the neck pain. By the way I am left handed.
You’re very welcome, my friend. I answer here to both your comments… In my opinion, you should check 3 of my videos: - pain due to the scalene muscles: ruclips.net/video/nzY_zHLNV6k/видео.html - pain due to the sternocleidomastoid: ruclips.net/video/eydISQZ194Q/видео.html - how to fix forward head posture: ruclips.net/video/9a5wkLnd54I/видео.html It’s a rather long job ahead, but with the last video you can do it… and I’m always here to help if you need a full coaching program
Sir, I have forward head posture and cause seratus anterior, under arm pin and numbness in arm. What should I do to make it better? Thank you for your kindness, Guru.
Just call me Olivier, my friend :) Guru is only for marketing 😂. You've landed on the right video to understand the issue. You have two strategies to follow simultaneously: - a causal one, i.e. tackle the sources of forward head posture as explained in the video (incl. ergonomics at work and at home). As this is rather complex to do on your own, I have designed online posture programs (www.trainyourposture.com/onlineprograms.html) - a symptomatic one, which is to practice daily exercises aiming at stretching some muscles (pecs, scalene, SCM, serratus anterior) whilst reinforcing others (mid back, lower traps in part.). I know it's kind of disappointing that I cannot give a 2-lines answer with a magic bullet... but if this would exist, would so many people suffer from this type of stuff? It really takes time, energy and method to improve daily habits...
Though sound is not good but worth stressing to listen so exact so useful thanks God bless

I’m glad you enjoyed it!!
safe to perform with spinal stenosis in the neck at age 34 ?
fixing forward head is ESSENTIAL with stenosis... but it's got to be done carefully, in view of your own limitations.
